Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 1 of 43probably wont stay again
Best part of stay was the complimentry breakfast which was suprisingly good, but the rest of the stay was marginal. Paper thin walls and floors left us hearing neighboring rooms conversations well into the night. Also, every footstep on the floor above our room could be heard as well. Not a very restful night of sleep. The most disappointing part was the hairs we found in our bed and on our pillow covers before we got into them and the brown stains on the sheets made us uneasy to say the least. It's too bad, as we usually stay at Best Westerns when traveling....maybe this one was just a bad apple?

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 43Not for light sleepers
Great room for the money. Probably the cheapest place in Park City. A little on the small side. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond when light bulbs needed replacing in bathroom. Internet worked a lot better after 12 midnight. Pool was big enough for the kids to splash around in but I would hesitate to call it a 'swimming' pool. There is an aquatic center less than a mile down the road at the middle school open M-F for laps and fun swims. Cleaning staff eager to clean the first 2 days and the 3rd, they hadn't cleaned by 2pm! Breakfast was good for my family- scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, biscuits and gravy, SUGAR cereal, plain oatmeal packets, bagels, muffins, OJ, apple, cranberry, milk. I ate my homemade granola with some of the milk. We stayed 7 nights. Lots of shopping at outlet mall and another HUGE shopping center across the street.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 43Great Service, but had some small issues.
The employee's were wonderful, the service great, but the hotel key didn't always work in the door and received a red light half the time and the door would not open until it was jiggled. There was water with black bits coming up in the sink in the adjoining bathroom. There were very few towels for the use of the pool. The continental breakfast was cramped and no where to sit. For the money it could have been a little bit better.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 43What customer service?
Front desk staff need some customer service training. Eye contact was lacking and whispering to co-workers while guests are waiting is unacceptable.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 43Overbooked - Downgraded Room
After checking in I discover my room did not have the fridge or microwave promised in my reservation. I was told by the front desk staff that they were overbooked, had downgraded my room, and there was nothing they could do. Disappointing after pre-paying four months in advance.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 43Good value for the money
Our room was fine. They allow pets for a $10 per night fee. Breakfast was included but we passed.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 43Great room for the money
Much nicer interior ofm the inn than we expected given the low cost of the room. Excellent service from the staff. Very nice cold and hot free breakfast.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 9 of 43Excellent location
Was very convenient to get to. The Complimentary cookies and breakfast were wonderful. Visited in the summer but it very much looked like a great ski chalet getaway.

remodeling in the main entrance, getting to check in was a little confusing, but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 12 of 43Nice Accomodations
Very nice for the price, but obviously we paid for the convenience of being close to Park City. Hotel breakfast is what is expected of reasonable hotel chain. Great location.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 14 of 43Great Hotel
The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were indoor which was great because the weather was cold and rainy while I was there. The continental breakfast was much better than a lot of other places I have stayed. It's no IHOP, but pretty good, and didn't cost extra. I was impressed.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 15 of 43Great room for the money!
The second night we were there the room had a perm smell to it. We weren't sure where this came from. We opened the windows for a bit and aired it out. Otherwise, we thought the hotel in general was fabulous.
