Needs Improvement

Over all did not have anything showing i booket a room there. Rooms are a little ran down.

great stay for your money

you cant beat the price or the location. the only thing is that it is at a confusing intersection of I-35 and 410.

Great Staff

Angela was great in making sure that I was comfortable. I had a long flight and was extremely exhausted and hungry and Angela directed me to a restaurant that delivers. She also called to ask if there was anything she could do for me. The night shift clerk I believe his name was Johnathan was also very kind and helpful. I will definately stay at this hotel again!

Feet were black from walking on carpet - needs cleaning!

The carpet needed cleaning, the microwave didn't work and they only gave you one hand towel and 1 wash clothe for two adults registered for the room. For the price is should have been nicer.

train

a train runs behind the hotel the entire hotel moves when a train passes by if feels like an earthquake

The rooms were clean, but in the morning there was no hot water in the shower. I would not go back to this hotel again.

Don't go!!! Need Improvement.

The hotel was dirty. The bed sheets and towels had stains. It was horrible. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Not bad for the money

Hotel room was clean and staff was friendly. Towels could be a bit fluffier. Pool needed cleaning. Location is good for shopping and attractions. Traffic off I-35 is always hectic; that's to be expected but it was fairly easy to get to.

You get what you pay for

This hotel served its purpose. By that I mean it was a roof over my head. I would not recommend this to others but I suppose this is what you get for the price paid. I will point out that the hotel has a very friendly and helpful manager.
