Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 11Housekeeping
Standard of housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired.Room was not done till 4pm one day and dirty glasses were not removed all of the stay. For the whole of the 5 night stay the sheets were not changed. Parking is a rip off at $16 a day.

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 11Fantastic Service
I'd recommend this hotel hands-down to anyone leaving for a cruise from Tampa. It's close to the cruise terminal with shuttles running regularly. ..They know the drill and will get you there without worry. The service there was excellent and we were treated like VIP guests the entire time.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 11Clean rooms, nice people, nice hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The concierge at the front desk was real kind and upgraded us, at no extra cost, to a room on the river, when I requested so. I have to agree with some of the reviews that the walls seem very thin in the rooms, you could hear people in the halls , being loud very clearly, and in their rooms, when walking through the halls. If you plan to stay there, also be prepared for mandatory valet for 16 dollars a night. There is no self parking. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 11Great Location, Great View, Terrible Experience
The hotel is older with a recent remodel of it's interior and exterior spaces. Unfortunately, they failed to sound proof their rooms and we were up until 4:00 AM with city noise and disrespectful fellow travelers who were yelling in the hallways.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 11Great Hotel
Overall a great hotel in downtown Tampa. Be aware that it is only hotel parking and charge $10.00 per night. It would of be nice if that information would of been provided. I don't prefer others to drive my car and would of considered a different hotel where I could of parked my own vehicle. Hotel restruant was good and prices were reasonable.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 11Sitting on the dock of the bay, waiting for our ship
Now that the kids have gone off to college, this was our first “alone” vacation in over ten years. It couldn’t have been nicer or more romantic. With a romantic view of the river and the mild Tampa weather, there really wasn’t a reason to leave our room. Our stay at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel was better and more relaxing than the cruise we took. The worse thing about our two-day stay was our experience at the hotel’s restaurant. Let’s just say after a 45-minute wait, we decided to skip breakfast and catch the boat. Let just say next time, we'll order room service and miss the boat.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 11Great room for the money
I was very happy with the hotel overall. The view was really nice. I loved the large balcony. The room was a good size, it had a large king size bed and a couch and the front desk were very knowlegable about directions and restaurants. They also offered free internet in the lobby. It is not really a family style hotel but we had no problems with the business people there. While the hotel was great, there were a few problems. They call there hotel the riverwalk, however its a bit misleading as it is not safe to walk on North or South Ashley. I saw two accidents and I was almost hit as I tried to leave the hotel THREE TIMES. Also the hotel does not own any of the parking, as it belongs to 777?. They charged an excessive NY style parking fee.
