I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. This is my second year staying here. the staff is great, the rooms are clean, nd the view was beautiful. I also paid a great price for the room and the amenties that were provided. I plan on staying here again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 73family oriented
The hotel is very family oriented, it is also intended for extended stays, with kitchenettes. Wish the menues at the restaurants were a little more extensive.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 73GREAT RESORT!
I LOVED the Dunes Village Resort! It has so many activities built into the property. The location is great. The room was very spacious and clean. The full kitchen really came in handy. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone!

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 73Don't pay for oceanfront on lower floors!
We picked the hotel because it had oceanfront rooms and we were willing to pay for it. Unfortunately we were stuck in a first floor room beside the kitchen looking at the pool deck, and because there were no other oceanfront rooms available, we were stuck. It was our anniversary, so we weren't going to spend the time to find another place. The hotel also did not compensate us for our unhappiness. Ok hotel for the money, especially for kids, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth and probably won't go back. Just be sure if you pay for oceanfront to get the view, you are a few floors up! Probably shouldn't have reserved it online.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 73Great Hotel
Great Hotel. Water park was lots of fun. My husband and I don't have kids yet, but this is definitely a place to bring families. We cooked all of our meals in the room. Pools had tons of seating. No complaints!

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 73Nice Myrtle Beach getaway
Very friendly and safe hotel/resort for couples and families. The actual hotel prices were pricey, but with the Hotels.com price it was very affordable. Very friendly staff as well. On our first day one of the two TV's (big flat screens) didn't work. Maintenance had a replacement within ten minutes. New and nice place. I would definately go again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 73Great Quality
Wonderful hotel with good service. The room was very clean, the only negative was the bed was a little uncomfortable. Well decorated and tastefully done rooms. Look out for the sales staff at the counter, they will try to get you to take a tour, but are still nice people. Hot tubs are plentiful and it's easy to find one that isn't crowded. Location is great if you don't want to be bothered by the huge amounts of tourists further down Ocean Boulevard, but you will have to drive to get to the main part of the strip. The boardwalk out to the ocean is in a great spot, and has 2 beach showers that weren't mentioned in the description. No smoking rooms, but you can smoke on your balcony. Overall a great experience, and I will definately stay there again and again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 15 of 73Great Room and Location
We just got back from a three night stay and were extremely pleased with this property, its location right on the beach, and the great value overall. The room was large and nicely appointed. Our balcony looked directly out over the pool and the ocean just beyond. Kitchen area had everything you'd need for a short stay. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Only minor complaints: 1) Poor linens on the bed 2) Allowing babies & small children in the hot tub.
