Good place, weird neighborhood

The hotel was priced well, quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, and roomy...but there was the Pink Pony strip club across the street. The neighborhood didn't seem too shady or dangerous...but there is a strip club RIGHT THERE. Depending on what you're into that actually might be an added benefit when choosing this hotel.

Good for the money

Close to downtown. Clean room. Seemed like a decent area. Overall very good experience for the money. The single room is a little cramped but all I'm there for is to sleep so it didn't bother me.

Great Room For The Money

Other that the fac that it was across the street form a strip club.. the Microtel Inn was great!! You hardly didn't notice it... the staff and service were great and very helpful..

Friendly atmosphere.

A little apprehensive at first, due to the reviews I read. Unfounded, the place was very well kept and to desk attendant was friendly. He even asked if I wanted to be insulated from the club noise. I declined, but he did it anyway. The place was very convenient to the locations I need to visit. The surrounding clubs were also fun to visit. Nice place.

Get room for the money

The hotel was perfect for the activity that we were doing. We were going to midtown for a birthday celebration. We just needed a place to sleep. The hotel was convient and clean. However, make sure you're out of your room before 12pm. Check-out is at 12pm. They're knocking on your door at 11:59 wanting you OUT. Don't take the rudeness personal. :) Overall, it was good...cheap and convient.

Good hotel if you're passing through

I stayed here for a brief trip (2 nights) and thought it was a decent enough hotel for what I paid. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately smoked in. There was a couple of cleanliness issues--a stained towel and an errant hair in the bathtub. The location also lends itself to some concern, as it is across the street from a strip club. However, the staff is super friendly and very accomodating. There is a continental breakfast that was much appreciated, and coffee is available around the clock. All in all, I'd stay here again if passing through or for a short stay, but for a longer trip I'd spring for a nicer place.

great hotel! decent location...

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very informative and helpful. We booked a nonsmoking room and were changed to a smoking room with no problem. The location was close to Atlanta and very convenient to the interstate. We ate a very good and very authentic Mexican restraunt close to the hotel. It was hard to find parking at night due to the restraunt/live band bar in front of the hotel. The noise wasn't a problem, though.

Okay for the money

The room was very small but I slept well. The bed was comfortable but the pillows go flat so bring your own if you don't want neck pains. Hotel employees were professional and willing to help you. Overall stay was okay for the money but I'm not sure I will stay here again.

Great room for the money

Our stay in this hotel was very nice. We were very pleased with everything. It is not a fancy hotel, but just perfect for two nights and for the time that we spend siteseeing the city. People at the frontdesk were very helpful.

Very Comfortable Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was comfortable and quiet and all out relaxing. The surrounding area was very nice and quiet. Definitely a nice quiet getaway. I'd definitely stay there again as well as recommended it to my family and friends.

Great room for the money

A great rate along with a great staff, free parking, free internet, free breakfast, free local and long distance phone calls. At other hotels this would have been an additional $50 per day!!!
