Great Hotel, Only One Screw Up

The hotel was great and the concierge level was great, but there was one little hiccup. We sent down for some wine glasses and a corkscrew and it took nearly 45 mins and two calls for us to finally physically go down to the front desk to get the glasses. I would stay there again though.

Nice hotel with excellent service, but needs some improvement

This was a very comfortable hotel with great views, a convenient and seemingly safe location and a pleasant and helpful staff. The bathroom wasn't all that clean and the bathrug was frayed, and the toilet clogged twice in one day (though they came up very promptly to fix it both times).

Friendly staff

My friends and I had a great time at this hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed had a great view. We are happy with our choice of the hotel.

Nice...until the next morning

I was shocked to find out (when I was leaving the morning after my stay) that I not only had to pay $40 for each additional guest car that parked in the hotel garage, but also for MY OWN CAR!! The room was in my name! Unbelievable! The staff was actually very rude and not understanding whatsoever. Due to this, I can assure you I will NEVER stay at Loews again due to this...and neither will any of the other people who stayed with me. This is unfortunate, because I was completely happy with the establishment prior to this, and had planned on not only staying there again, but also highly recommending the place to others.

Hip Hotel in the Heart of Philly

Surprisingly spacious rooms, glamorous design and attentive service make this hotel a great choice, but by far its best feature is its location--Old City, Center City and performing arts venues are an easy walk away, and the stadiums are a straight shot down Broad Street.

Great View

This hotel was very nice, and the view from my 28th floor window was stunning. I enjoyed my stay very much, and the price was great for a hotel this nice.
