Great location relative to Fenway Park area.

Good location for Red Sox game

The Hotel was within walking distance to Fenway Park and Landsdowne Street. Not easy to leave, but that's Boston.

Midtown Hotel Dump

We were shocked at the condition of this hotel. It was dirty, outdated and uncomfortable. Air conditioning didn't work so they brought a fan to our room. Carpet, walls and bedding looked old, washed out and dirty. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff very helpful

Close to Fenway Park. Accessible to tour busses and public transportation. The Townhouse Cafe, right down the street, has the best breakfast.

Going to Fenway? The place to stay!

A group of us O's fans wanted to go to Fenway to support the home team. From the recommendations on Hotels.com, we booked the Midtown and were very happy. The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk to Fenway, don't even think about driving, traffic becomes a nightmare. We took the duck tour which was great for the kids and the pickup point is 1 block from the hotel. The staff was great, everything was clean, we had a really nice stay.

Great Hotel, No complaints

Clean hotel, friendly staff, room was great. Nearby T stations and local mall. Our room was on the street so the road noise was audible but nothing that kept us awake at night. No complaints here.

It is what it is...

We went to Boston for one night & really only needed a place to sleep. It was the least expensive hotel & within walking distance (half mile or so) from Fenway. The temperature of the room wasn't consistant. We woke up at one point due to the heat & approximately 2 hours later it had gotten very cold in our room. We would stay again if we were on a budget & weren't making a long trip out of it. It satisfied our needs.

Great location, Parking and good price

I watched this hotel bet build as a Boston kid in the 60"s. Dcore is still sixties but the people are great, location wonderful and you can park..drive in and drive out without going broke. I always stay here. Pool in the summer.

Reasonable choice

A basic hotel for a reasonable price. Major appeal: extremely convenient. Appreciate the ease of parking. Rates for internet connection had gone up considerably since last visit, but the quality of the connection was fine. Staff was skilled and friendly.

Good location

My wife and I were given 2 twin beds the first night even though we reserved a king. The hotel staff did move us the 2nd night to a king bed. The people in the room next to us were smoking - we were in a non-smoking section. I informed the front desk and the gentleman asked me if I was sure they were smoking in the room......smoke coming under the door? Yeah, pretty sure. Good location. Walking distance to Fenway. Cheapest hotel we could find downtown.
