WE HAD A NICE STAY AT HOTEL PALOMAR. VERY BUSY AREA CONVIENT TO SHOPPING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. CAUGHT CABLE CAR VERY NEAR HOTEL AND RODE ALL THE WAY TO WATER FRONT. COOL! HOTELS TOWELS WERE SMALL AND VERY THIN OTHERWISE VERY COMFORTABLE.

The staff was warm and accommodating. The wine reception and coffee in the morning was a plus, and the location was convenient to all that we were doing.

From check in to check out this hotel exceeded our expectations. The employees are extremely helpful, have great attitudes and make for a wonderful experience. The room was well decorated, the bed/bedding was extremely comfortable and the location is prime (BART and F-trolley located steps from the front door)! We will definitely be back.

Service was great, Room was as advertised. Right on Market street a 15-20 minute walk to AT&T Park, easy access to cable cars to ChinaTown, Lombard St, & Fisherman's Wharf, and right near Street cars to & from the Wharf. BART station on same block for easy transport to both the SF & Oakland airports. Excellent deal!

This was a great hotel, with fabulous service, great location and one of the best deals we've had in years! We loved our stay there. They even provide pets . . . . a goldfish in your room and one that does well with personality glitches, since their names change almost daily. The desk staff could not have been more helpful. Complimentary ice cream upon your arrival (if between certain hours in the afternoon) and complimentary wine later in the afternoon. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

We loved the Palomar! The room was very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was very helpful and responsive (we asked for more towels and a toothbrush and they accommodated our needs within no more than 5 minutes). It's located right near all the fantastic shopping downtown and also has an F line and trolley station right nearby. Getting the car via valet in and out was a breeze (although overnight parking at any hotel in the city isn't cheap, we were given a 10% discount on parking because we were driving a hybrid). Even their parking garage was clean and comfortable! The concierge staff was extremely helpful with directions and in answering what we thought were silly questions. Free coffee until 9 am each morning... great coffee, I just wish it had gone a little later in the morning. Very comfortable accommodations. I would absolutely stay here again.
