Great Hotel for the price

Very nice hotel! We loved it! Also plenty of food around the area, right next to airport and freeway. Friendly and helpful staff! Will stay again.

PERFECT LOCATION!!!

LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING, FRIENDLY STAFF, THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH THE BATHROOM HAVIN G A COUPLE OF HAIRS IN THE BATHTUB AND SINK, BUT FOR THE PRICE IT WAS GOOD!!!

Wonderful place to stay

Had a really great time and would stay here again. The beds weren't the most comfortable but everything else about the hotel made up for it!

Nice Hotel, close to Airport

Positive: - location - restaurant, breakfast spot (good food, reasonable prices) - pool, gym (old equipment, though) - clean Negative - smell of cleaning products - could use a renovation Overall - recommendable, would book it again

Not what was expected...

Judging from the 3 star rating and the pictures available of the hotel, i was expecting a very nice, clean experience. When I got there, the hotel looked very dated and not in the greatest of shape. The air conditioning did not work, the bed sheet and the towel had a stain on it, elevators werent working, and the hotel was difficult to navigate. I even saw a maintanance person walking around with a bug spray tank who ran in the other direction when he saw guests. Finally, I had booked a king size bed room with a pool or courtyard view. What i had gotten was a queen size bed with no view and no balcony. When I asked about the price differance at the front desk, I was told the room was in the "premium" tower and that it was equal in price to the room I was supposed to get.

great for our purpose

We stayed one night. We were there for a school get together and the hotel was close to the venue we met at> there was some problems with parking due to 3 weddings being held at the hotel but that was the only problem we had. We had a great time and will stay again at the next get together.

The bathroom wasn't fully clean when we came in and the bed linen smelled like other people had previously used it.

Needs Improvement

the hotel is good situated near the airport. we got a cheaper rate of this hotel. we were placed in a hotel room where the view was very irritating like u see the people passing by outside. it is a bridge that goes to the south tower. below u see the maintenance crew n their working place. we unfortunately booked this hotel for 3 nights. i told the front desk the day after day 1 if she could change our room since we still have 2 nights to go, but she told us they have no more rooms available, which i could not understand. it is a question of flexibility. it is an airport hotel where most guests have their overnight stay in order not to miss their flights the next day. she promised us to try afterr day 2 to change our room, but we haven't heard from them. the carpet was dirty, wore a white socks that turned black after like 3 hours. we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great room for the money!

A couple of friends and I decided to plan a quick two day getaway and we wanted a good room at a good rate and Hacienda was perfect! It was right in the middle of everything and the customer service was great!

Needs improvement

The hotel is old, we stayed in the oldest part, elevator barely fits 2 people with luggage, my room was literally a closet. no space between the end of the bed to the tv. HVAC worked if heat on everyone had heat. No air condition had to sleep with the sliding door open which caused sleepless nights because of traffic outside window right next to the street. Room number was 1050? it was the 5th floor room, right under the roof access facing Ralph's. Stayed there 4-8-09 thru 4-11-09
