Great Value...Great Space

This was a great place to stay! Our room (king suite) was perfect for kids- they slept in the living room on the sofa bed and we had the bed, separated by a long hallway. They were able to go to bed early and we did not disturb them with the lights and tv in our area. It is very close to the airport, which did not bother us, and the kids loved watching the planes land all morning. The breakfast is great, too! I would definitely stay here again!

The best place to stay and fly out of DFW

Some of the surrounding hotels have a lot to be desired. This hotel is perfect for those fly out of DFW and they allow you to leave your car there for 5$ a night.

Great room for the money-Outstanding Hotel!

We went on a vacation with our 2 boys, ages 2 & 6. We had a wonderful stay @ this hotel..The walls were thick enough that our boys could laugh and play and not bother the surrounding rooms. Pool and jacuzzi was nice and clean. A safe environment and area. Everyone was very nice. Room was very nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We ordered room service and delivery and both were very good. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. If ever in the area again we will definatley stay there.

"great stay for the price"

Would be great if flown in..easy access from airport.Only downside was nothing very close far as resturants and stores. But the price made up for that. Check in was simple as was check out.

Great Hotel, Great Customer Service

The hotel exceeded my expectations. They upgraded my room from a std king to a king suite (with jacuzzi) and didn't charge any additional money. The staff was extremely helpful in proving me extra towels, providing directions and other general information. The free hot breakfast is very good and beats the standard continental breakfast you normally get. I plan on going to Dallas again this summer and I'll be staying here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was really impressed with the service from the front desk to the quality of the room.

Nice Hotel

Nice Hotel. Good Breakfast.The only drawback was poor lighting in the rooms. Room seemed dark, realy needed more lights. Other than that, good hotel but a little quirky to find your way in.

Never again

The benefit of staying near the airport for free parking (an advertised benefit) was totally undone when we arrived back to DFW and had to wait one hour and ten minutes for a shuttle from the hotel to pick us up. We called upon arrival and were told the shuttle would be right there. 20 mintes later we called again and were told we would be picked up within 15 minutes. After 20 more minutes we called again and were told the shuttle was 'in route'. It was cold outside and we had been on an airplane all night long and the last thing we wanted was to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes to be picked up. Why were we told 3 times that it would be a matter of minutes???? When we went to complain to the staff we were given a blank page of a spiral notebook that was the 'complaint form". Yea, right. I'm sure that got to the proper people. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Also, it is hard to find.

I would recomend this hotel 100%. Not bad for being next to airport.

Outstanding Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to wake up to a nice breakfast, and a hot meal in the evenings. We went to bed with fresh cookies! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was wonderful. Walking distance to a nice shopping mall. Easy access the the highway.
