The hotel was nice for the short stay except some minor problems. The walls were to thin, we heard every little noise that was made. If you have a policy on dogs you should enforce it, someone had a dog in the hotel on our stay. I do understand about customer's who need them for medical reason, but I'm sure it was not the case, because all medical dogs are trained and do not bark all threw the night. Majority of the hotel staff didn't speak English so it was hard asking for some things when they didn't understand what we were asking for. Staff needs to make sure there is enough breakfast food for their guests. Someone should check on it every 30 minutes to refill food when it is low. On the second floor there is issue with the balcony. There's an opening on both side which should have a gate or glass around it. It is dangerous for young children, they can climb on top and fall over. They also need to remove the chairs which are placed right next to the opening, a small child could climb in the chair and jump over the balcony. The back door to the pool should be fixed, it would not stay locked. Anyone could easily come in from the back door and enter the hotel, that is not safe at all. Overall the hotel was okay for a weekend getaway.
