Handicap access

While the overall experience was good, the hotel lacked any facilities for handicapped patrons. No elevator, no handicapped parking, and narrow, confusing hallways that were difficult to navigate. We have come to take these necessities for granted and when they are not present, it sticks out.

Decent Place to Stay

This hotel was decent for the price and for the fact that it was booked one day before needed. It is in the middle of town which is great since it is within easy walking distance of the downtown (mall) area of the town and all the attractions. The room and bathroom were small, but they were nice. Flat screen TV with lots of channels and an alarm clock that I could use my ipod in. There is not much parking available. I would definately stay at this location again.

Renovating?

Hotels.com Did not let me know that hotel was under renovation ! Bad ! Hotel service itself was good. Hotel envirnamemnt is okay, nothing great. Rooms are clean and neat. They have nice Big LCD screens with DVD players

Problems, problems, problems.......

We had to switch rooms twice because the AC in first two rooms was not working. In the third room, we discovered that the lightbulbs in both bedside lamps were partially unscrewed. We tightened them. Then in the middle of the night, one of them turned on by itself. Evidently the switches were loose, and had not been fixed. Finally, on the morning we were leaving, the toilet got plugged up.

Small but good for the money

My room was very clean, but small. The breakfast was more then I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the smell of wood burning in the morning from a room with a fireplace. If they rehabbed the bathrooms and put in new carpet it would be nicer, but very tolerable for the money.

clean room, comfortable matress, friendly apres ski service,great apres ski buffet and breakfast buffet. Suggestion. Ski storage

Outstanding Hotel

Loved everything about the hotel....onlu suggestion would be to have snacks available late at night....at least a machine.

greta convenience

Nice location walk t oeverything in town . Bathroom a small but worked fine. Free breakfast a plus. Good cold brekfast selections and cereals. Nice pool.
