Double Check Directions

Had wife book this while I was on the road. The directions from Mapquest sent me to the wrong part of town. When I called to find them had trouble understanding the clerk. Room was very large with decent sized fridge and microwave. Great value for the money. If you are looking for an affordable, decent, and convenient to I-35 hotel - this is for you. When I pass through Dallas in a couple months I'll stay here again. I've stayed in 10 different hotels so far this year and this was the most "bang for the buck". Only complaint - tub/shower switch didn't work and I didn't discover this until I was unpacked and tired after 20+ hours driving so it wasn't worth changing rooms. But overall a great place to stay.

Decent for the price

Was a decent motel but given the price, we did not expect greatness. Hallway smelled of smoke. Hotel staff wasn't overly friendly but they were nice. Right off I-35 so we were in close proximity to my son's apartment. We would stay there again.

needs exterminated

hotel was cheap and comfortable. the only issue was our room and my sisters room had cockroaches in them. i killed 3 in our room and my sister killed more than 10.

awesome hotel

I would rather have stayed next door.

Got there late so there was only one person at the front desk. They had tried to charge me even though I already paid. The hotel smelled terrible. The upstair (where our room was) was really hot. The room was ok but not very clean. The coffe pot had a used bag of coffee in it, there was no ice bucket and when we went downstairs to ask for one the person at the desk was on the phone and said she had no idea where extra buckets were. The best part was that the airconditioner worked GREAT!!

Think twice about it

Very small lobby, bad smells in halls. They allow tree maintenance firm to park in lot, so not much parking. When I asked for a razor - none, when I asked for some tape - none. Not very friendly. TV was poor and the remote was held together with tape, even though they had no tape for me. Pool was not ready to be used. I won't be back.

great room for the money

first off the bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept in when staying in a hotel, as well as the pillows. everything else was great too. everything was in the room that i needed. i would stay here again and would recommend it to others as well

Good enough for the money...

You get what you pay for. No frills but definately a decent place to stay. Our king 1 bed room looked a little sparce with all the open space and there was some minor repairs that could be done (cracked window, deadbolt worked but secondary lock did not). We stayed three nights and had no major complaints. Recommeded for the budget minded. The front desk staff was friendly.
