Very good hotel for the price

Went for a Browns game and was nice for the price. Valet parking made it pretty easy to check in and out. The free breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and fruit) was a little more than I expected. Nice central location.

great room for its purpose

We went to Cleveland the night before the Browns game. We picked it for it's proximity to the stadium and the price was right! Had no problems checking in. The hotel was full of fans so the breakfast in the morning was packed but that's too be expected. The best part was when we found out we could park in our overnight parking until 6pm so we didn't have to pay to park somewhere for the game! Will stay here again!

great hotel

great hotel, very spacious, front desk had pre-made packets of every kind of restaurant in the downtown cleveland area. Within walking distance from every major Cleveland attraction

Just one problem

I booked two seperate rooms for one night, and my guest arrived at the hotel before I did and checked in already by the time I got there. He was happy cause he got there at 3:00 (check-in time) and his room was ready. I get there at 3:30 and my room wasn't ready. Ended up having to compromise and accept another room and we were late to the party. Other than that, it was great, the breakfast was even pretty delicious.

Good location and good service

Great Hotel

Very easy to find. If you are not using the valet parking you may want to look up where the parking garage is ahead of time. It is down a side street less than a block away, but if you don't know where you are going it can take some time to find it. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. They will even store your luggage for you after you check out if you are doing something that day. I went for an Indians game and found that the hotel is just a short 15 minute walk straight down 9th street to the ballpark. The hotel was very nice and clean and I would definately reccommend it for a stay in Cleveland.

Great location

Within walking distance of everything in Cleveland, from the Rock Hall to the Q to the restuarants. The only bad thing about my trip was the ice machine was broken on the 15th floor. Other than that, it was perfect.

good location w/ affordable price

the hotel is only two blocks away from a big entertainment area in downtown cleveland (ie comedy place, House of Blues, bars and restaurants, etc), and is the most reasonably priced. the breakfast they provide is good, the rooms are comfortable and large.

"Disappointed for the amount of money"

My sister and her husband and my husband and I came in on a Saturday. Our first night stay on the 8th floor was very uncomfortable. The room for some reason seemed to be very warm at night. This made for an uncomfortable sleep. I was told by the assistant manager that it was because heat rises. I found this answer to be unacceptable, but apparently there is nothing we could do about it. He told me next time we come to stay in this particular hotel, he would take care of us and he would put us on a lower floor. I also reserved 2 rooms for Sunday. Our second room was not available at check in time. This was extremely frustrating. We were not able to get into the room until after 5pm. I was told by an attendant that the room was not cleaned yet. I had made these reservations many weeks in advance and found this to be unacceptable as well. We could have picked many hotels in the area to stay in. I chose this particular hotel because it stated it was a five star hotel. I would have to disagree with this statement. I definitely feel that we paid too much to stay in this five star hotel. At best it was 3 stars. Definitely not worth the money.
