Breakfast

When we got there we were told about the complimentary continental breakfast from 6-10 AM. However, when we went down at 9:00 every single piece of food was gone and there were no refills. We were pretty surprised that they didn't have enough food for their guests. Thankfully this was the only negative experience of our stay.

Great room for the money

My husband and I went to Cleveland to attend the Browns game. We wanted to stay someplace where we were within walking distance of "fun" things to do. We were pleased with the location and the staff was very helpful with giving us directions as well as recommendations for things to do. Special kudos to the breakfast staff. The room was clean although kind of warm and the bed was not all that comfortable, but we were pleased with the accommodations overall.

Amazing Beds

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and they have new beds in all the rooms that are the complete opposite of every other hotel bed that I have stayed in.
