ALL employees were very courteous. Valet parking was extremely helpful. Brought wheelchair out to car and took customer to room. Even gave very helpful directions for next days' destination.

Internet connection was a bit slow in the evening - seems like it was overloaded. It was much better first thing in the morning. Other than that, this was a fine place to stay if you have business in downtown Cleveland.

The Hampton Inn is next door to the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank and only three blocks away from Public Square. So most any downtown interest point is a quick walk (R&R Hall of Fame, Jacobs Field, Cavalier's arena). Excellent access to good restaurants and the pedestrian mall. The desk clerk provided useful local information and a walking map. The room was clean and comfortable and the complementary breakfast was generous. I was in town for a convention and the Hampton saved me more than $100 compared to the convention hotel.

The hotel and the room were very nice. I was pleased with the accomodations. However, the parking left something to be desired. Even the valet parking was a bit hard to access. Once, I figured out the parking then it was worth the money to stay there.

I chose this hotel because it was a decent price and only about 12 minutes from CIM. The location downtown was nice with the Hard Rock Cafe just a few blocks away. I have always enjoyed staying at the Hampton and this one was just the same. It was quiet and the facilities are nice. Parking was the only issue I had because basically the only option is to use the valet parking. But, this is probably typical of most hotels downtown. The valet parking was convenient in that the attendants were very prompt on bringing the car when I needed it. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is the key to this hotel. Just a few blocks from Jacobs Field, right in the heart of the Financial District, and a short cab ride from several fine restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and neat.
