Quick Honeymoon Room

We had our honeymoon there nothing lavis just some place for us to kick back and relax for a while. In all honesty it reminds me of an updated Motel. But it does the job. Room Service was great but overpriced.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean. Service was impeccable.

Disappointed

I stayed at this Hotel last weekend for 2 nights while visiting Universal Studios. I booked a 2 night Executive Smoking Room stay, and I got a deal through Hotels.com for the Friday Night free. When we got there, they did not have any smoking rooms. So the person at the front desk gave us a regular room that was smoking on the first floor instead. I had no problem with this, and I actually enjoyed the room. However, When I got home and I checked my account, I had been billed by the Radisson Hotel for an extra 130.00. I tried contacting the Manager several times, and the front desk assistant only connects me to lines that go straight to a machine. They have BAD customer service and they are not very helpful to me in this situation. I have no reason to be billed because I paid through Hotels.com and the manager has yettto call me back. I do nog recommend this hotel to anyone.

the chair in the room smelled like urine, i contacted the manager and they replaced the chair and gave me free breakfast the next morning.

Happy Anniversary To Us

Very clean and plush. Last minute reservation and very satisfied. Kind of out of the way for my husband and I, but in the end worth it. Kudos to the staff at the front desk for the outstanding customer service.

Spacious room with great king bed!

Nice, decent hotel! But would be great if there was a better refrigerator and the coffee maker/pot was out of the bathroom! Counter clerks need to improve their manners!

Great hotel

The hotel was a great place to stay. The location was convenient and safe, which was one of my priorities when searching for a hotel in the LA area. There is a large mall and an outdoor shopping plaza with great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. The room was clean and comfy. The only complaint that I have, is that the window curtains don't close, so it is very bright early in the morning. Besides that everything was great. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
