Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 16You get what you pay for
What can I say the price was cheap. On the plus the. Room had a fridge and microwave. However the staff is average.while I stayed here it was during a very bad storm and the power went out. I could understand given the weather, however come to find not ALL rooms lost power. I think the hotel should have moved guests based on the situation. I had to demand to be moved to another room. Although this room had power it did not have hot water or heat for hours. But the price was right. I understand a lot of places lost power but I could not believe the lack of common courtesy.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 16Needs Improvement
I was not pleased with overall appearance nor w/ the amenities. Two lights were out, the remote control did not work, and the shower drain did not drain properly when water was turned on. When the shower head ran the drain could keep up with it. Overall, I was not please with my stay.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 16Great for the money and has Free Internet for the Bus Traveler
I was in town for a 2 night business trip and this place fit very well. If you are expecting a resort then this is not your place. If you want a clean room to sleep at night this is a great place. Plus the Mini Fridge and Microwave were a great bonus. I did not have a need for the Microwave, but the Fridge saved me trips to the Ice Machine. I will be staying again for my next trip to Tidewater if the rates stay where they are.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 16Good for the price
Nice little room for the money. The directions on how to enter the property needs better clarification. Great for a shorter stay, wouldn't book for a vacation though. Quiet enough to give this weary travel a good nights sleep.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 16Nice if you like to have your windown accessible for all to see
It is like a motel. The front desk is under staff but are very courteous and will help you with anything. The included breakfast is simple and perfect. The pool is clean. The room was clean and convenient. There is a safe that you have to pay for. The refrigerator is a good size. Overall it was perfect for a stay where you just go and rest at.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 16Major Disappointment!
Although this hotel's location was conveniently located near the highway, the sound of cars & police sirens were easily heard through the hotel walls. The hotel itself is located in a dark corner in a motel-type setting. Stray cats welcomed me as I looked for my room. Overall the room looked neat when I entered, but I found beer caps filled with ashes, several strands of hair on the towels, and the tub didn't drain well at all. The walls are very thin, therefore I could hear all the noise from next door as well as the stairwell. My room had a locked adjoining door, which was rather unsettling. I would definitely not recommend this room for a female, even if she's not traveling alone. It was a bit scary!

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 16Its fine
For quick, cheap and basic accommodations the is great. I slept well and had no issues. One towel was slightly dirty but the sheets were fine and bed surprisingly comfortable.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 16Pleasently Surprised
After reading some of the reviews about how bad the Military Circle Days Inn was, we were really apprehensive about going there. We found courteous staff, a good room, signs of caring in the fresh paint in a number of places and never have we been called to ask if everything was alright in the room. There were three pillows on each bed and the room was clean. The TV was great. Were there some things that we would like to have been different? Sure. They missed putting cups in our room one day. The continental breakfast was all sweets and the coffee was late on at least one morning. It is still a work in process but the process was good for us. Recommend it to someone else? Yes.
