staff is great. Very beautiful hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is good.

This is the place in Montreal

GREAT GREAT hotel with outstanding staff at front desk, friendly bartenders and just wonderful location to be in the midst of things. Enjoyed fitness center and spa as well. Beds were perfect. I travel all the time on business and this is a 10+++++

Upscale, great amenities, good location

The rooms are large and spacious, includes a small and streamlined yet fully functional kitchenette that is tastefully done (which means, if you don't need it or use it, it is not an eyesore) - a great little expresso maker is included with ample capsules of coffee. The bed was wonderful, the bathrooms are large with rain shower and separate tub. Flat screen TVs. I would deinitely stay here again in the future but would ask for a room in the back of the hotel, there is quite a bit of street noise in the morning.

Excellent hotel in great location in Montreal

Stayed 4 nights in suite. Excellent rating on room, hotel location a short walk from St. Catherine St., the Underground, and several excellent restaurants. Good food in hotel. One entree overcooked at breakfast. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Got wrong information three different times about directions, also about airport shuttle. Would definitely stay at Le Crystal again.

Wonderful Hotel

This hotel was everything I expected. The room was wonderful, the service was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is right downtown and it is so easy to get around from there. I made full use of the concierge service and they did not disappoint. They were courteous and helpful and did everything from answer my questions about Montreal in the middle of the night to make reservations and plans so that I had an absolutely worry-free and fun time in my short stay. Highly, highly recommended for anyone wanting luxury and comfort in the middle of downtown Montreal.
