good for the money

this hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful, the first room we got the door wouldn't lock and they were very nice about getting us another room. spacious which was helpful since i had a 3 yr with me.

Ant in My Room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My room was smaller than the actual photos shown on the website to view my room. The front desk clerk on the second shift was rude. On the last stay of my visit me and my family wanted to go swimming so went to the pool and maybe about 8:30 the security guard comes and closes the gate. Last but not least, in the kitchen of my room once I came back that afternoon ants was all over my fruit that I left on the table.

Excellent Customer Service

We arrived early from a very long ride so we were very tired. We went directly to the hotel hours before the time to check in. Our room was ready and we were so appreciative for the opportunity to check in early! Thanks Extended Stay for take such good care of us on our visit.
