Staff was horrible...

When we arrived no one greeted us... in fact they went out of their way to be exceptionally rude. We we got our room it was NOT the room I paid for. I called up Hotels.com to see if they could help and they did their best to try but because there was no manager on site the Hotels.com reps hands were tied. So after I got off the phone with them the hotel staff begrudgingly gave me the room I paid for. The person at the front desk who was utterly rude did his worst at a half a$$ed apology he could and I went off on him that he messed with the wrong people considering my Fiance and I both work in Hotel/Restaurant industry and we know better on how a guest is supposed to be treated considering they are there to serve us... not the other way around. Ultimately if you are a person who doesn't like conflict this is not the place for you. They will completely try and pull one over on you if you don't have the fortitude to say "There is something seriously wrong and you better make it right!" then BEWARE of this place.

Price is way to high

The entrance to the hotel is very pleasing, until you get to the elevator. It took ten minutes for us to even get on the elevator before someone came and (I think fixed it)Then we went in and old never been upgraded room.Very small and cramped with the most uncomfortable bed.

CUTE AND COZY

THIS HOTEL ROOM WAS VERY CUTE! THE LOCATION WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOT SPOTS AND IN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING IN DOWNTOWN SEATTLE. I ENJOYED MY STAY AND THE HOTEL STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND INVITING.

Great room and location for the money

We had a great stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very small, but for two people it was not a problem. Location is perfect for Seattle. We walked to Pike's market, Safeco filed and to the downtown shopping area.

Very small room

I was disappointed at the size of the room and the bathroom was painfully cramped. This hotel is quite old but clean.

Great for the money and location

I stayed at the Executive Hotel Pacific from 3/5/2009 through 3/8/2009. I think most of the honest comments about this hotel are right on. If you know that it is a boutique hotel built in the 1920s then you shouldn't be suprised by the smaller rooms and bathrooms. It's not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, but for the price and the location it was above par for sure. The staff was always good with quick and accurate information. It is a great location for exploring downtown Seattle. We were never anwhere that we couldn't walk back to the hotel in 30 minutes or less. As with all Seattle hotels, parking is EXPENSIVE so I would recommend not renting a car.

Nice place, unfriendly staff

Up on checking in the front desk manager was unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. I found him rude and apathetic. The room was clean and in good working order.

Hotel is a dump

This hotel was terrible. It was tiny. It was not clean. My linens appeared dirty especially my pillow. There was no AC as "it's not cole enough in Seattle yet." So I had to open my windor and hear the traffic. It was very loud. I have nothing good to say about this dated hotel. I was very dissapointed to say the least.
