Great hotel for great price

Central location. Can walk to all major sites, on free bus route, free computer/internet use in lobby.

the personnel who helped us with luggage out of car and back into car was exceedingly friendly and helpful to us. My mom is ninety and appreciated the help with lifting and doors. I have had back surgery and appreciated the same kind of help. I didn't get his name, but, thank you!

Nothing fancy but it works

Like other comments before, this hotel is good if you just need a place to sleep and shower. It isn't a place I'd want to spend all day in but for the price you probably won't find much better. We'll stay here again sometime.

Great bargain

Very good location. Room and bath a little small, but more than adequate for one person. Great amenities, and very clean. Maintenance needs improvement (chipped paint, peeling wallpaper). Nice to have a coffee shop on-property.

Great room near tons of fun!!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would most likely stay here again. The service was great, the room was cute and cozy and the spa bath products provided were a plus.

the room and bathroom was tiny. i would have gladly paid 30 more dollars to stay in another hotel with a little more space.

Dated, crumbling interior with smells!

The first room we were checked into reeked of urine. We were then transferred to a second room where we had to deal with construction in the adjacent room drilling into our wall! The paint was peeling, the carpet didn't look as if it had been changed since the LBJ administration and the service was lackluster at best. Not recommended.

Service Needs Improvement

I shouldn't have to wait for a minute while the kid posing as a hotel clerk stares at his computer screen. Looking up and saying "Hello, may I help you?" evidently was not part of his training. There was another clerk who observed me come in and wait, and she never let the other kid know I was there. If not for the cleanliness and convenience of the hotel, I probably wouldn't recommend this inn to others. Word to those who would stay @ Executive Pacific: speak up so you can be serviced. I'm not used to having to do that at other hotels, but you do at this one.

More than I hoped for!

We booked this hotel at the very last minute because our other plans fell through. I was expecting to end up at a generic chain hotel outside the city, but I was surprised to see this boutique hotel show up as one of the least expensive items on my search. Based on location alone, this was a great deal. We ate breakfast at Pike's Place Market every morning, it was a quick walk down to the waterfront, or over to Westlake (where you can catch the monorail directly to the Space Needle). But aside from that, I was really delighted with the hotel itself. The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable--they really seemed to be enjoying their jobs. And the decor was modern and stylish, while still paying homage to the hotel's history. I appreciated the HD television in the room, because I had just bought an HD camcorder for the trip, and I got to review my footage on the big screen. Also, I was really pleased that they didn't change out the towels or sheets every day. I know most hotels now have this "green" policy, but I've found it rarely works in practice. I was happy not to wage this silent battle with the maid. An excellent hotel, an amazing value, and I would even pay more to stay here again on my next visit!

Very Disappointed!

To start off, the parking was in an adjacent parking garage for an additional 21.00, then they say they are pet friendly, but they charged an additional 20.00 for a tiny mini dachshund, the rooms were extremely small, the bathroom was even hard to turn around in. The room itself was tiny also and we were on the second floor with no air conditioning and you could not leave the window open because of the street noise. Very hot August night with no air!!!! When I told the front desk, they said that they knew the air did not work and apologized. Very difficult to unload and load as we were traveling on a motorcycle and had to park a block away and carry everything because it was on a hill and the parking garage was over a block away. Very disappointing!

Needs Improvement

I don't have a whole lot of good things to say about EHP. Our room was small and the bathroom was small as well. The toilet paper holder was pushing against my left arm that made it uncomfortable to use the toilet. The bed/comforter and pillows had hair from prior guests so we used their towels as pillow covers.
