Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 110Affordable convenient and friendly.
This hotel had everything I needed for a one night stay. The location was convenient, the price was within my companies budget and the staff was very friendly. It's an older hotel and the rooms show a little wear and tear, but for the price it's fine.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 110Decent value for the location
This hotel was about what I expected for the price--decently comfortable room in a great location--but I won't stay there again. The shower floor was in severe need of a scrub. The room was stuffy and warm, and when I reported that my heating/cooling unit would only blow heat (despite being on the coldest setting), I was told it would only heat and I could open the window. Being in downtown Seattle and trying to sleep with the window open was not a great option. If cost and location are your two main concerns, this is the option for you.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 110Small, but well priced.
Rooms were small, but not unexpectedly so based on prior reviews. I got an upgraded room to one with a "desk," but the chair was about 4" too short to comfortably reach the top. The "business center" only provides free internet service and the ability to print emails, no other programs, such as Adobe reader or Word are loaded on the computer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel, but I have no real complaints. I'd stay here again.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 110A little Rough around the edges, but good location.
The hotel is a bit rough. Not dirty, but just needs some updating and a fresh coat of paint and some love. Standard basic hotel in a very nice part of town and easy to get the major points of interest. Would only stay here again if I could not get a cheap hotel elsewhere.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 110Too much money for the room - old hotel.
Not the worst I've seen, but could definitely be cleaner - especially the bathroom.

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 110Good place to stay
My experience was positive. A small room, but comfortable, clean, and well maintained, quiet, reasonable price, friendly and professional staff, and an excellent location. The hotel is older and so doesn't look ultrahygienic like a hospital, but that's a plus for me. I'm a business traveler, but I wouldn't have a problem bringing my family here. There is a Seattle's Best coffee shop on the ground floor, which is convenient for grabbing a quick breakfast.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 110Great room and conveniently located
This was my first stay at Exec Hotel Pacific. The front office staff was friendly and attentive. Having SBC coffee shop in the lobby was handy. The room was comfy and clean. Parking was next door and at additional charge. Wish I had known that when I made the reservation. Overall very pleased with the accommodations and would stay there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 110Fine, with issues
Really the hotel was fine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful. That being said... - The shower head was so low, it was below shoulder height on me. I'm a little tall, but not *that* tall. - The furniture placement was such that I couldn't open the drawers in the corner dresser unit without first moving a chair out of the way. - The clock/alarm was placed on the desk far away from the bed, well out of arm's reach and with the wires run in such a way that it was difficult to move. All kind of small things, but I wound up being constantly annoyed while I was in the room because of how it was arranged.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 110Pleasant Stay
Rooms are a little tight but for the price I felt like it a was good value. The room was clean, staff was pleasant. Typical older hotel, reminded me of SF area places. Great convenience to Benaroya and other locations. I would stay here again. Worked out fine.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 110Good value
The rooms here are small but very quaint and clean. The location is great too - right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Many attractions are walkable from the hotel.

For the price and location, it was an ok hotel. Rooms were extremely small and the air conditioner seemed to have a hard time keeping room cooled.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 110Great hotel
The front staff were always helpful and allowed us a late checkout since they didn't immediately need the room. The hotel is old (in a nice way) and the recent renovations are impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel for a short to medium term business stay.
