Perfect Hotel!

Everythign about this hotel was great! As soon as you check in they gave each guest a warm chocolate chip cookie. Perfect start. The suites are more than what I expected for such a great price. The decor was very modern chic, and very clean. We had a view of the intercoastal which was a plus!

Outstanding Hotel

The room was gorgeous, and the prices were good for memorial day weekend. The only thing was that you are required to pay over $20 a day to park. It seemed a little crazy to me. But, the rooms were beautiful. We will definitly stay again.

Great Hotel

The staff was great. They went out of their way to help me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. It's a great place to stay for a romantic getaway.

Great Room, Disappointing View

Hotel had great decor and service was excellent; however water view room is of the intercoastal.

Awesome Location.

The hotel was excellent. I could look down on The Galleria from my balcony and everything I could need was in walking distance. The only complaint I have is the the elevators were out of service when I went to check out. Besides that it was truly awesome, I will certainly stay here next time I go over to Ft. Lauderdale.

Outstanding Accomedation, A must see!!!

We only stayed for one rekindeling night . The accomodations were superb, my honey was blown away on this one. Flat screen television, huge two person shower w/plush compfy bathrobes, down comforters an pillows, oh la la. It's right across from the Mall and the water taxi will pick you up pool side for a ride up the intercoastal & Las Olas for dinner. YUM! This morning he remember he loved me and said he can't wait to go back, this time staying the entire weekend.

Hotel was nice but...

The overall hotel was nice but we did have a major issue I felt was not handled properly while we were there. Our car was broken into during our stay in the Valet lot at approx 130am. We were not notified of the break in until almost 9am the following morning and via a letter that was slipped under the door of our room. And after all this all they did was remove the valet parking charge from our bill. While we did enjoy the over all hotel but the break in and how it was handled would keep me from going back

Just don't set your expectations too high

Lots of nice things about this place...and some not so nice. Fairly convenient to the beach, but still a bit of a walk. Since it's not on the beach, and you need transportation to get a lot of places (other than the mall), it's VERY frustrating how much they charge just to 'self-park' a car.. making it much less attractive to have a car (and I had a car for only one day but got charged two day's of valet - but they did remove the extra day). For the most part, the staff was VERY nice, but I would say not as informed as I would expect. For example: Knowing that most guests would be from out of town, I would expect they would have rental car and bus info very handy, but I was met with a "deer in the headlights" look when I inquired. They did figure out there were two rental agencies reasonable close, but I expected something like: "Yes, there's "X" and "Y" and here are the numbers for them... "X" will pick you up here, but if you are going to use "Y" we could arrange some transportation for you" Water Taxi stop right behind the hotel too. As long as the price is right, this is a good choice.
