Trip Type: Special Event Review 1 of 30Great room for the money
This was a cheap and convenient place to stay right in Aspen. We only had to walk about 4-5 blocks to get to "downtown" Aspen, we had parking, a kitchenette, cable and all of the amenities of a typical hotel room in a cute little cottage. What more could you ask for!?!?

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 2 of 30Unbelievable Deal in Aspen
I booked this place because it looked very cute in the pictures, and we were only going to be there for one night, and the price was incredible! The location is great, it is not in the town/shopping area, but only a few blocks away, within walking distance, and there is a bus stop right in front. The cabins look a little strange on the outside- they're all different colors with a second color for trim. I think they are fairly old, but the inside doesn't show it at all, they've all been nicely renovated, with only a few small things left for improvement... The mattress was not very good, (certainly had seen some wear,) but that being said I felt okay after sleeping on it for the (1) night. The bath towels are also very cheap. Even though we were in cabin #12 (the smallest basic unit) it is larger then your average hotel room, and there are some really nice details that you don't get in a standard hotel room, like a kitchenette with a half fridge, microwave, two burners, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc. You certainly couldn't prepare an entire gourmet meal, but it gives you the option to have breakfast and a simple lunch, in case you plan on staying a few days, and don't want to eat out for every meal. I would certainly recommend this place, and am already making plans to return later this year! The value is incredible, especially for Aspen!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 30A Neat Little Cottage Experience
We were in Aspen to attend a family wedding and this place suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy with our own front porch entrance. A real break from the normal hotel hallway of doors. We loved the independence we had in preparing our own breakfast and lunch in our cute little kitchen unit. (Aspen restaurant prices are high!)The good news was that being located directly on the bus line was convenient but the bad news was that it waa noisy at night if you left your windows open (would not be a problem in the winter). Overall, a fun experience with our own little cottage in Aspen.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 30Terrific in EVERY way !!!
These are good-sized CABINS about 5 blocks away from Downtown Aspen located on West Main St right at the FREE RFTA bus stop! The shower was small, but the place had EVERYTHING..microwave, DVD, small fridge, coffee maker, utensils, free local telephone calling, cable TV, plenty of parking (but why have a car when walking is so convenient to ALL the shops, restaurants, beautiful buildings and scenery, etc.) The 2 girls at the check-in cabin were extremely friendly and informative. Sleeping accomodations were quiet and quite comfortable. I highly recommend this "hotel" to anyone..prices are reasonable and so much cheaper than nearby hotels..you really ARE getting your money's worth!

These quaint cabins were a storybook stay while we were in Aspen. They were clean, spacious, and very accommodating. Pictures can't capture the ideal setting. It was a perfect night for a very affordable stay.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 30Excellent in every way!
Fantastic location in downtown Aspen, free cabin-side parking, excellently adorned individual cabins with all the amenities. We arrived and departed at odd hours, and the owners were very accommodating. The highest quality in everything.

L'Auberge are older cottages in the beginning of downtown Aspen. The units are what to be expected for older cottages. Most importantly they were clean and comfortable.

We were a little unsure what to expect because the price we paid seemed a lot less than others we looked at in Aspen. But what a surprise. We enjoyed the quaintness of the individual cabins and also all the ammenities.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 30Quaint with lot's of character!
We stayed in the "Grand Cabin", the sign outside the door said "Cowboy" cabin. The cabin was very clean and well decorated with many true to the theme details. Parking was literally right outside the door, which was very convenient and the cabin is located very close to the hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful, we asked to look at some of the other cabins since each is individually owned and decorated, and they kindly obliged. This is a great location and a good value, that I would highly recommend!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 13 of 30Great price, great accomodations
We had the opportunity to visit Aspen during the week. After looking through many hotel pictures online we settled on L'Auberge D Aspen and we couldn't have been happier. The cottage was very cozy, inviting, and clean. The fireplace was perfect to take the chill off when we arrived and the jacuzzi was excellent after a long day of driving. The only negative part of the trip was parking. We were driving a fullsize pickup and barely made it through the cottages to park. We would definitely stay there if we have the opportunity to visit Aspen again.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 30Wonderful Experience
What a great hotel! I went on Hotels.com like I do for most of my trips and again they pulled through! L'Auberge D Aspen was a great experience! Basically the hotel consists of a number of private cabins. I went to Aspen for a wedding with a large group of people. Six of us rented three separate cabins so I was able to check them all out. Each one was different with it's own special charm. The people that worked at the hotel were great. We called ahead of time and informed them that we were going to a wedding to see if we could check in earlier and they did everything imaginable to accommodate us. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Honestly I was not expecting the room that we got! We were all very satisfied! Plus it was three or four blocks away from the heart of downtown Aspen! I loved this place and I would recommend it to everyone! Thank You Hotels.com and thank you L'Auberge D Aspen!
