Good!

We were overall satisfied and happy with the hotel. It was clean and we were provided just about everything we could need while in San Antonio. The only complaint we have was the smell outside. I think it was coming from the restaurant dumpster next to the hotel. The room smelled clean and the air conditioner worked great! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Friday morning was great! We had Texas shaped waffles! :)

Good Service Good for the money

Only a few minutes from downtown and local attractions. Front desk employees were very nice and courteous. Building looks bad outside but inside the room was clean and well kept. The parking was an issue the hotel was very crowded

Not Worth the Money

We had to put a deposit down for amenities that most hotels have in their room themselves such as iron and ironing board and refrigerator key. After paying the deposits the refrigerator did not even work, we reported it at 2:00pm but the maintenance man was not coming in until 9:30pm, did not help us at that point. When checking out a huge cockroach ran across our shoes that were next to the bed.
