better customer service

Front desk person rushed me out. I requested a better room and she said no without making any effort to find out if they have another room. They ran out of food during the breakfast last half hour and did not have coffee.

Went the Extra Mile

La Quinta went beyond the norm in customer service. They understood that I had just returned from vacation and was not "firing on all cylinders." They took up the extra slack and treated me with the best in customer care. I will definately return to La Quinta and will not hesitate to recomend it to others. They were great and exceded all of my expectations!

Exceed expectations

The hotel was really good for the price we paid. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was about 15 min. by car from Sea World. If you plan to go to Orlando and be most of your time outside the hotel I would strongly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Good Hotel

Only complaint for me would be the bathroom in my hotel room could've used an update a little and the birds out by the pool area were soooo annoying. Otherwise, the staff was great and the shuttle was an easy convenience. Pleasing trip and not too expensive. Restaurant on site was pretty good too.

Its Alright I guess...

The room was clean and somewhat comfortable but the complimentary breakfast was terrible. No varities and seemed so unplanned. It was not that great at all. Definitly not worth the price you pay.

Below Average

Rooms are old, beds are uncomfortable, bathtub was rusty. You can do better than this for the $$.
