I found the location to be fantastic, but the hotel itself was less than desirable :(

Great hotel in a central location

Hotel staff were very helpful. There was no pool which we were disappointed in but they had a lovely bar area and restaurant. The location was pretty much walking distance to everything which was great and the rooms very comfortable.

Loved the hotel, hated the parking

Great hotel, great service, nice bar.....prices for parking are outrageous. Even for SF standards.

Deceptive

The "special" rate we received of ...per night was hiked up by ,,,per night for parking. The list of amenities includes parking so one is led to believe that parking is free. So we really didn't get a "special" rate after all. The hotel puts out what looks like a continental breakfast in the lobby outside the dining room. Guests perceive the layout to be complimentary, but when we approached the table, someone ran over to us and said each item was $2 each. Very tacky.
