This was a very nice hotel, for a very fair price. Close to airport and in a location where there was lots of restaurants & shopping closeby.

Great room with a bed just like home.

We chose this hotel because it has the sleep number bed. We have the same bed at home and it is nice to know that you will get a good nights sleep.

Great place to staty.

The location was great and the room was very comfortable. I'm not that big of a fan of the Sleep Number bed, but the pillows were outstanding. Wireless internet included in every room, very convenient.

Shuttle service

Hotel does not have a courtesy phone at the airport anymore, and that should be made known with every reservation. The local phone number should be provided, so that it can be called for the shuttle pickup. I called the Radisson hotel from the sirport courtesy phione and unknowingly went to the wrong hotel (Radisson South). Radisson North came and picked me up, but this mishap would not have happened if we had known that Radisson North no longer had the courtesy phone. The phone was not marked properly at the airport (South), and we don't know who is responsible for that.

Great service!!

We stayed at the hotel the night before flying out of the Phoenix airport- in the morning we took the free shuttle to the airport, leaving our truck in the hotel parking lot. When we arrived back all we had to do was call the hotel and they came to the airport and picked us up again. The driver took us right over to our truck- that stayed perfectly safe in the lot- it was very nice being dropped off and picked up right at the terminal- and not having to pay for parking!

Great Overnight Stay

We needed a 1 night stay to pick up our son at the airport, and with the great deal offered thru Hotels.com, we chose this one! What a great decision. Bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and clean. Did not get to use restaurant, but will try next time we stay here. The staff was friendly and the shuttle service to the airport was super!

Great room for the Money

I was really satisfy with our room. the sleep number beds are great and comfortable. My twin daughters couldn't have enough of the swimming pool and I had a great view. I could see the airport from my room and the most important I could see the pool right from my window. The only complaint that I have is that the shower head was broken but it didn't bother me much. I was really please with the hotel staff very nice and friendly.
