Great hotel for a great cost

amazing

wonderful staff!!! only complaint is tried and tried to get ahold of shuttle driver at airport waited and waited and he totally ignored us when he arrived sat in the van and 5 minutes later got out and helped all the flight attendants and pilots....i guess i should have knocked on the van window or door but did not...other than that one incident totally amazing stay...would reccomend to all

Outstanding Hotel

I often travel alone and my concern is to feel safe. I will have to say felt very safe at The Radisson/North Phoenix Airport. I had to drop my rental car off, return to the hotel and the shuttle system was made easy. My bags were heavy and hard for me to handle. The driver when out of his way to help me get my bags to the curbside check spot. I would for sure suggest this hotel to everyone!

water pressure

I often reccomend this hotel to coworkers due to the location, sleep number beds, staff, etc.... I had never been above the 3rd floor before this trip I was on the 7th floor. The lack of pressure was unbearable. i will stay there again but I will request a lower floor.

Awesome Value

This hotel was really plush and cozy. Very convenient to the airport and the price was unbelievable.

Third night free was great!

We were at a convention locally Fri. Sat and Sun. and chose the Radisson as it is a nice hotel. The price was great and the third night free was the deciding factor to stay there instead of other comparably priced hotels. During the week breakfast is only $6.95, but watch out on the weekend as the same breakfast goes to $12 - that was our only surprise.

Very friendly environment.

we enjoyed the coolness in the lounge area. The coffe bar was nice. The kids ejoyed the pool and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Nice clean rooms.

Great room for the money

Room was large and clean. It had very convenient access to the airport. Service was good. Just a very good hotel at a reasonable price.

Great Location-Not the best stay

I recently stayed at this hotel and have stayed there many times. I had a bad experience with the bed as the compressor broke about 10pm and rather than moving me to another room they replaced the compressor. What a pain to sit and watch the engineer put all the parts on my bed and proceed to fix it. I would have rather moved but overall I would stay again for the location and staff. they are pleasant at check in and out. The breakfast is quick as they have a buffet.

The hotel overall was well worth the money. The hotel restaraunt had a nice selection. I had a issue with my first room they immediately took care of it. Would highly recommend..
