Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 32Great Hotel
Stayed 2 nights during the Tiger's vs. Indian's series. Walked to the stadium from the hotel. Very convenient. Elevators were always very slow. Restaurant was very nice along with bar. Overall a wonderful stay. :)

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 32Awesome hotel albiet with one exception
This was an amazing hotel. One of the nicest I have ever stayed at. The whole building looked up to date and the complementary happy hour and breakfast was much appreciated. However there was ONE thing that was awful and that was the temperature of the whole building and especially our room. The building is old and has one central heating and air conditioning system. If you stay between the cold and hot season like we did, you may get unlucky and not be able to turn the air conditioning on because they haven't done it for the whole building yet. However, the rest of the stay more than made up for that and it was a great hotel! I would certainly recomend it.

Great location! Excellent service! You cannot go wrong with this hotel. They have a great manager's reception (with some complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks) as well as an excellent continental breakfast--complete with cook to order eggs/omelets. This hotel comes highly recommended.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 32Good Hotel
We stayed at this hotel because we were going to a Browns game. The cost of the room was hefty but the room was nice and clean except for some hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was great! We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 10 of 32Lovely stay
Stayed at the Embassy Suites while in town to see New Kids on the Block. The hotel is in a convenient location to the Q. We were surprised at the size of our room (so big!) and took advantage of the manager's reception (free drinks and snacks) and the breakfast. The breakfast is worthwhile. No mere continental breakfast this place had cooked to order omlets and belgian waffles. The concert was so good that I would've been happy with a no-tel motel, but this was a lovely hotel and made the trip that much more enjoyable.

Everything went very well. Staff very hospitable. Would only stay again if you promise to make the water hotter in the whirlpool!

Trip Type: With Friends Review 13 of 32Got more than I expected!
For my first time visting Cleveland, this was a great hotel to stay at! Easy to find driving to, parking garage on site (only paid $20 to park from Friday-Sunday, much cheaper than other cities). The room was big and comfortable! Didn't pay much for it, got my money's worth! The hotel offered free drinks at the bar from 5:30-7:30 every day and complementary breakfast every morning. Hotel also had complementary shutel service anyway within two miles! Used that the first nite to go out to a nice restaurant, very nice not having to drive my own car and find parking, etc. Also, hotel is in short walking distance to most down town attractions. About a 10 to 15 minute walk from the ballpark and about a 15 minute walk to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I read on here that someone complianed about the ambulance/fire station being near-by and hearing the sirens all the time. Well, I heared them a couple times, but it wasn't too loud and it never waked me up at night, so I can't complain. Overall it was a great stay!!!

A spacious suite was perfect for a girls' getaway. The room service was reasonable and delicious. Having breakfast included in a beautiful setting was also an added bonus.
