Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 23Best Downtown Hotel
If your staying in Downtown Cleveland, this is the best choice. The quality of staff and room cleanliness is slowly declining over the years, but there is no better option. Free Happy Hour, and Breakfast don't hurt either...plus being a Hilton Hotel helps keep Paris flush with cash for all those partys!

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 23Great Extras!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 'suite'. It felt more like a small apartment. The living area was spacious. The bedroom had a door that separated it from the living area. The bathroom was tiled and very nice. The free breakfasts were outstanding with made-to-order omelets and many other choices. One special addition we enjoyed was the free evening appetizers and drinks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Trip Type: Romance Review 5 of 23Great place to stay
We have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times now. We keep coming back because of the fast friendly service, valet parking, and the location. They have shuttle service that is great in the colder months. But the hotel is in walking distance (in warm weather) to many of the places we enjoy, like Progressive Field. We will continue to stay at this hotel every time we come to visit!

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 23Fine
it was nice to have a suite, as we were staying for a couple of days. It's a little far from the livelier part of town (Warehouse District) but accommodating. The bellhops were very friendly and helpful, the concierge was a little bit of a pompous goof. Breakfast was nice, but the elevators... expect a wait. Sucks that you have to pay for parking :(

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 23Outstanding Hotel!!!!!
Not overpriced! Great Hotel!!! Perfect location, wonderful staff, very clean, most comfortable room ever stayed in, and a great breakfast! We had a wonderful time during our stay...the only drawback would be the elvators seem to have a few little quirks...other than that Perfect!

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 23Most everything I could ask for
check-in was easy. employees were very helpful and friendly. they provided a courtesy shuttle even after I checked out. the ONLY negative thing I can say is that I booked a king size bed and didn't get one. the bedroom was a little small and had very little space around the bed. two LCD tvs helped a lot.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 23Overall great stay for the money
Room was spacious and clean. Free breakfast and manager's happy hour. Many selections for breakfast including made to order omelettes. Two downsides, they were charging for Wifi service and we were located within 2 blocks of what must be the busiest fire station in Cleveland.

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 23Not one to over state my ratings
All in all I was extremely surprised with the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The room was great; within 10 minutes of getting to our room we had a courteous call asking if the temperature of the room was at the level we wished. We hit the "manager hour" for two drinks which were mixed properly and had an excellent breakfast. Every individual we passed in the hallway and/or serving us was extremely polite and professional. I am not normally a person to give ratings of 5 - just ask my employees, but I felt this hotel deserved it.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 23Worth the extra money
While it may cost more, the Embassy Suites Cleveland was an outstanding value. The size of the room was great. The living area was large with a flat screen TV, wet bar and a good size fridge. The bedroon was comfortable with its own flat screen TV and nice soft beds, not the usual hard hotel beds. Free drinks for 2 hours each night, free shuttle service within 2 miles, free cook to order breakfast, very nice exercise facilities, pool and hot tub, outstanding location and a complete supermarket in the lower level of the building made this the easiest and most comfortable place to stay in Cleveland. Park your car, walk to an Indians, Cavs or Browns game, have the shuttle take you to dinner and pick you up, what else could you ask for? My wife and I had an outstanding time and would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 23Outstanding Hotel
Friendly staff, very clean, spacious suites and the view from our windows was great from our thirteenth floor suite. The breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel. The manager's reception left a little to be desired, but would definitely stay there again.
