Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 167Great hotel in a great location
The staff at The Michelangelo Hotel is very friendly and accomodating; the rooms are quite large for a NYC hotel, and the cleanliness was more than acceptable. On two separate occasions, the cleaning staff disregarded the "do not disturb" sign on the door, which was frustrating, and the room did not have wireless connectivity (contrary to our expectations). The hotel was very quiet, noise wasn't a problem, and the location is great - walking distance from many great restaurants, theatres, etc. We would definitely come back again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 167lovely, quiet hotel
we were very impressed with the comfort and quality of the room. Also, the hotel was very quiet considering the location. We would definitely stay here again....plus self-parking was reasonably priced and very convenient!

Stayed at the Michelangelo while we went to see a Broadway show. The room was great. Very clean and comfortable, nice size. The hotel's location is perfect, right near all the theaters. I would definitely stay here again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 167The Best.
My wife and I travel extensively. The Michelangelo Hotel is a fine a hotel as we have ever stayed and we have stayed in some impressive hotels around the world. The location (on 7th between Central Park and Time Square right across the street from Rockefeller Center on one side and Carnegie Deli on the other) was easy walking distance to everything. The public areas, and general appearance were great. Our room was outstanding, very roomy and appointed very well. But most of all the staff were the best! Especially Henry the bellman.Just a super guy. He helped us to our room, always remembered our names as we were coming and going, and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how to go where we wanted or what to see when we got there. Save yourself the time, effort and disappointment of looking for any other hotel when staying in midtown. The Michelangelo is all you need to remember.

Near Times Square, and excellent value for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. The free nighttime shoe shining is awesome. Rooms larger than most in mid town Manhattan.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 167Fabulous
The hotel was very clean; appreciate 1pm checkout. Asked for a later check out but they could not accomodate as they were all booked. Can't beat the location.... Poor cellular service.... I don't know if they were shorthanded/busy but when we called the concierge the phone just rang...no answer

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 167Amazing
Stayed for a night on a trip with my girlfriend and everything was out of this world. Our room was updated to a suite from a standard and the room was immaculate, huge bathroom and large bar area as well. Bed was also comfortable and I would go here anytime I visit the city again!!
