Best Western Tuscan Inn Fisherman's Wharf-Kimpton Operated

Good location and value

If you want to be near Fisherman's Wharf or North Beach, this is a great location. The room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet. I go to SF several times a year and I will go back to this hotel.

Excellent for the price

Our room had a slight odd odor, and our view was of the other hotel rooms. Other than that, it was perfect. Beautiful lobby with a great complimentary wine social every evening. Employees were really nice and allowed us to check in like 4 hours early. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We really loved the location of the room and the hotel. The only issue we had was the street noise overnight and early morning. We were on the 3rd floor and were awaken by buses and garbage trucks several times during the night. Also - we paid for 3 people in a room but found only 2 coffee cups when we got to the room. We found a maid and asked her to put an extra coffee cup in our room. she said she would but never did. We later found a maintenance man who was able to get on for us.

Great hotel, pet friendly,

I have stayed here several times and have found it to be a perfect location, with good rooms, friendly staff. The neighborhood is great for walking. I bring my two small dogs and have naver had any problems.

Great Location

The location of the hotel was great, you could easily walk to Fisherman's Wharf and North Beach. The hotel is also located right across from the F line for public transportation. There was also a wine reception with pretty good wine every evening which was great.

Perfect in Fisherman's Wharf

The rooms are great. The price was right. The location cannot be beat. The restaurant rocks!! I will stay here every time I am in SF.

Service was a mess

The service desk didn't seem to have it together. They sold our booked non-smoking room before we got there so we had to move to smoking. They told us they would move us to a different room the next night and they forgot to move us. The entire stay was a mess! Staff didn't know their right hand from their left. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean but good luck getting what you paid for.

Great room and location

The hotel was quite nice and comforting. The staff was great and really looked out for your wellbeeing. The room was immaculate, very comfortable bed and nice amenities. I would definetly visit again an recommend to my friends.
