nice time

the staff was very helpful. i got turned around trying to find my way to the hotel i called the hotel and the clerk was able to talk me to the hotel. the room was nice. the ice machines were down on my floor and the pool closed early were their only faults.

terrible hotel

the hotel was dirty, stinky of mildew, the sheets and blankets spelt. I will never stay there again. It was horrible, i will never stay there again and nor will i ever recommend anyone to stay there. I would love nothing more than to get my money back.....

needs tlc

Most importantly, needs new beds, kinda hard. All else was fine for the price. Everything was in working order. Plenty at breakfast.

Needs improvement.

Breakfast bar was inadequate and dirty by 8:00 a.m. Room was not stocked with toiletries regularly. Towel bar fell off wall on day 1, but was reinstalled.

Good hotel not so close to the beach

This was a good hotel to stay in for the money, Our room was clean the staff was was great the only complaint we had was the how close it was to the beach. It said it was 2.5 miles from the beach but we could never find what beach it was talking about, everuday we wnded up driving 6 or 7 miles to the beach. There is plenty to do around the motel if you dont want to go to the beach amusement parks, speedway, lots of family activities but if you plan to spend everyday at the beach you may want to stay somewhere else.

Good room for the money.

Our stay in Days Inn, Myrtle Beach was just okay, considering the price per room (you get what you pay for).But, get real,no mini fridge, you have to request an iron and worst of all, no microwave!! Let me repeat, no microwave!!!! how am i going to eat hot pockets from walmart?? (no bueno).The corridor leading to our room on the 2nd floor needed to be vacuumed and had a slight unpleasant odor. Our T.V had to be unplugged and pluged back in, to turn on. Yes, the television was old. The alarm clock was ancient, it made a humming noise all night, we had to unplug it because we could not sleep. Hotel staff was very nice,swimming pool was clean, they have 2 pool table's (we liked that), breakfast in lobby was good, very safe and quiet area right off of hwy 501, clean room overall and great location from beach, shopping, clubs, entertainment and parks. WE DO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.GOOD STAY FOR THE MONEY.

housekeeping service and general hotel maintenance

We informed housekeeping to come back in an hour to clean room because they came while we were getting ready to leave. Long story short they didnt come back and then when we called the desk she said housekeeping said you said not to clean room..whatever. then she promised someone will come clean because we were leaving again after 3 hours room still dirty. So we had to go and get out own clean towels and clean room for the night. Then to top it all off we had to walk up the stairs each time we came and went the elevators wasnt working. I will not stay here again

you get what you pay for and didnt get a hole lot that what i pay for.

needs improvement

it was ok till the last night we were there, i got bit by a bed bug, and i saw it crawling on the bed so we had to sleep the rest of the night with the light on so i wouldnt get bit again.

Needs Great Improvement

First whole day and night room not even checked. Beds left unmade, dirty towels not picked up, clean towels not offered. Heat lamp in bathroom not working. Phone in room dead entire time. Spa closed.

Needs Improvement

Well when I got to the hotel it did not look the best from outside, I checked in and then it got worse. The carpet was dirty, the room did not look clean. The door used to go in or out that was near to out room did not work so then we had to use the one that was further. Breakfast mmm cereal,bagels, coffee and juice. The hot tub was not in service b/c of repairs. Overall the hotel was not clean, plus it was kind of smelly. I would not recommend at all..
