If you're used to very new or upgraded type hotels, this isn't your cup of tea. But it is a decent hotel, safe area, near beach, with pool - it's good for the money I paid. Floors felt a little dirty in the bath and bedroom, but sheets were clean, room was neat. I really enjoyed walking in the morning behind the hotel by the marshes. Very peaceful compared with all the cars on the strip nearby.

Thought that by staying away from the beach I'd get a value, but all I got was a cheap room. It certainly isn't a "nice" hotel but if you're on a budget, you could do worse. Like almost every budget hotel in Myrtle, this obviously gets lots of traffic from spring breakers and golfers, neither of whom leave the rooms in good condition. Breakfast was O.K., nothing special. But they do have wireless internet in the rooms - happy surprise as I was on a business trip. Would I stay here again, probably not. Have I stayed in worse -- yep.
