A Victory Inn & Suites Phoenix North

Good hotel, excellente for the price.

The hotel rate is excellent considering the quality of the accommodations and breakfast, comparing withe the cost. The only problem so far is that the hotel is a little hard to be found since it is locate just behind a gas station.

great value

Hotel was a great value when attending university of phoenix stadium. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Was suprised at quality of rooms for price. Location can be questionable for some people because hotel sits behind a gas station and in between a walmart and sams club. However, I had no issue with the location.

Very comfortable

It was more than I expected for the price I paid. Very professional office staff that is alway a plus...

Surprised for the price

Impressed with the look of the hotel, nicely decorated. The pool and all its fruit trees was gorgeous. The bed was comfy. The bathroom had just been renovated and was tastefully done. Breakfast was great, not just your usually cereal and coffee, but biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, and eggs. Neighbors were a little noisy, but they quieted down well before midnight. Area wasn't right off the highway, but easy enough to find and right in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood / appliances

The only 2 complaints that I really have is that the hotel needs to talk to neighboring business about night issues. We stayed in a room that was right next to a 24hr Super Walmart center, and they were in their parking lot at 3am with a blower blowing their lot off. Kind of inconvenient when you are trying to sleep at 3am. Secondly, the air conditioners in the rooms are extremely loud. In AZ in the middle of summer, AC is a must, but way too loud! Needless to say, because of these issues, I was not able to get a restful sleep at all.

Great Hotel

I was just expecting a standard room, however Comfort Inn Phoenix North presented me with not only a very nice and clean room, but the room had a jacuzzi tub! What a pleasant surprise! The service was Fantastic! If I where to go back I definitely. Thank you Hotels.com.

Great room for the money

I got an awesome rate at hotels.com for two rooms. I booked them late and still recieved an great deal. The hotel itself was rennovated just last year so it is very nice. I liked the feel of it because of the new items in the room. It was also conveniently close to a Wal-Mart and various gas stations. The downside would be that the rooms are kind of small, there is only one elevator, which is slow, and the door to our room didn't shut as well as I would have liked it to. The locks worked great but it seemed liked the door was smaller than the frame. Overall it was a good place to stay, especially for the price.

1 night stay

Desk help wasnt very concerned with my reservation. I was told that, you dont always get what you book online. Never heard that before, but he did accomodate me.
