Great room for the money

Very clean. Room had refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker. Pleasant employees. Good breakfast. I would stay there again. Convenient location.

Cozy, Comfortable for cheap

Hotel was very clean beds were actually very comfortable. AC was very cold and makes no loud noise. Loved this hotel including the staff. Didnt eat their complementary breakfast but I heard it was very hearty, not just coffee and donuts. LOved this hotel and I will stay again.

very ncie place

My grandson and I stayed at this motel, found on the internet. We were very satisfied with it. We enjoyed the pool, and it was great to have laundry facilities on site. The breakfast was more than the usual cold cereal, doughnuts and coffee. I would recommend it to friends.

Comfort Inn

OMG I picked this hotel because it was cheap in price and I really only needed it to sleep for a few hours since I got in to town late and was leaving early the next morning. Upon checking in to the hotel I realized that it was a nice hotel. It offered a free full breakfast, computer use in the lobby for free, pool hours were till 11PM, and the room was nice and clean and very pleasant. I now plan on looking into Comfort Inns in my future hotel stays before I check anywhere else. The price I paid was great for what I received.

Great For Price But Long Term Residents Break Safety Rules

My family stayed at this hotel for one night only just looking for a place to escape to during the last few days of summer vacation. The staff was very friendly and for the price it really cant be beat. But there were several residents that seemed to be moved in permanently and they had made some rule changes to fit their lifestyles such as letting their dogs (one pit bull mix) run loose in the gated pool area (making us uneasy about taking our children) and moving their large hotel chairs outside to sit on the small walkway in front of their door making it difficult to pass comfortably with children in tow. The free full breakfast was great and made it easy to wake up and feed the kids and then pack up and go home without hassle... I would stay again, just a little nervous about the long term residents

Great hotel

I really thought this hotel was great! We had some problems with the electricity going out, but they found us a room as soon as possible.

Good hotel for price

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. The pool was nice and clean. Free hot breakfast!!

Great stay

The room were very clean and in real good shape to be an older hotel. It was well mantain. The grounds and pool area was landscaped was beautful Woud stay there again

Convience Is Important

This hotel was conviently located within a block of our nephew's house, making it easy to zip over for a visit. The service was great and the pool was inviting. Our only complaint was that the back of the hotel, where our room was, was not kept as clean as we thought it should be. It was great that it is located next to Walmart.

Title

Just a stopover for the night so wasn't looking for much and that's what we got. Rooms were very small.

Needs Improvement...

Dirty flooring...looked like blood stains on carpet. Bathroom and sheets were clean, thank goodness! The air conditioning unit did not work. We were put in a smoking room (we asked for non), and with the weather in Phoenix and no air it was pretty uncomfortable.
