Great Place to Stay

Very nice Hotel to stay at comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Nice Room, but loud.

Room appeared to be newly remodel, except for the bed. TV channel were extremely limited. Outside noise was loud all night. Great location to various last minuted shopping places. Not bad for a single guy looking for a place to sleep over night.

very comfortable & well worth it!

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. Very clean, quiet and close to shopping, restuartants and my convention. I would recommend it to friends and family and would stay again.

Great stay and unfortunate experience

got a super rate and was pleasantly surprised at the room (had a small frig) and it was really clean. Unfortunately they had a power outage (breaker problem they said) in our part of the building and we had to move in the middle of the night as you don't do hotels in Phoenix in the mid summer without AC. It looked like they were upgrading the rooms and hotel so it may have been a construction issue.

Rooms might be out of date but the Staff is Not

We spent two nights a few days apart from eachother. Both times the staff was very helpful. Location for our trip was easy to find. Room was dated and a bit dark decore for me. It needs to be renovated but the all was in working order. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast every morning. Great staff made up for any adjustments for the room. Remember you get what you pay for, if you want a clean room and a place to lay your head for a overnight stay this place will do.

Doors are hard to close.

Several front doors on our floor, including ours would not shut unless you Slam the door closed. How annoying.

Decent Price. Could be better.

Breakfast food was okay, but the drinks (juices and coffee) were so watered down, I couldn't even drink them. That part was awful. There was about a 1 inch gap under our door with an exterior entrance. Seemed to be a lot of noise most of the night. I ended up sleeping with ear plugs. Great water pressure in the shower. Looks like they remodelled the shower surround recently. Good location to the north side of Phoenix, just off 17. Next door to Walmart. About 25 miles from Westworld.

The Staff was great

The hotel was convienent. The staff was very helpful. The room key was the most difficult part, and the bathroom looked like it could need some maintanence. Otherwise, I would stay there again. The pool was heated. The breakfast fell a little short, but it was something to get in your belly before you started your day..
