Warwick Seattle Hotel

Good location, resonable price

Great location in Belltown. Close to excellent resturants, shopping and Pike's place. Average rooms/amenities. Good value for the hotel rate.

Good Weekend Hotel

This hotel is just a few blocks from Pike's Place and the Space Needle. Pioneer Square is a bit farther but still only a 15-20 minute walk. The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the hotel staff was helpful. The hotel is not super fancy but if you are going for a weekend of walking around, then it is in a good location and will serve as a comfortable place to rest.

Don't Forget About Parking

Hotel was nice, Service was so-so. Location is good if you are looking to shop or hang out at the Space Needle but otherwise location is not the most convenient. I may be new to Seattle, but I was floored when the hotel charged us $27/day for parking. Don't forget to budget for that.

Great value. Walking distance to downtown

This is a really nice little hotel. It is not fancy, but the place was clean, well maintained, and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Hotel is worth the money

When I initially booked at the Warwick, thought the price was a little steep, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. More upscale than I was expecting. Great location located between Pike Street Market and the Space Needle. Within walking distance of both. Also very close to the transit mall which made getting to Safeco Field easy. The staff were very helpful in instructing how to find the underground transit mall which was about two blocks away. I would recommend this hotel and would also stay at other Warwick hotels.

nice hotel, great location

very nice for the price, good location for people wanting to explore the sights on foot. i have stayed a few times at the warwick and have been happy every time

Good value

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our flight got in to the city mid-morning and I was worried since check-in was not until 3PM what we would do for a few hours. I called in advance to make sure they had a safe place to keep our bags, which they told me they did. To my surprise when we arrived at 11:00 they had a room ready for us and allowed us an early check-in.

Add in the cost of parking

Great staff, nice rooms, fantastic location, way too much for parking. Parking cost $27 a might, adding that into the cost of the room, makes it an ok place to stay.

needs an upgrade

we had to wait almost 2 hours to check into our room; the hotel is a bit shabby, and customer service certainly could have been improved upon. However, we loved the balcony and the convenience of staying right downtown Seattle. We would probably stay there again.
