Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 35Listed as 3 1/2 stars but actually 2 stars at the most.
From the get go valet parking is $17.00 At check in the lobby looks nice, The gal that checked us in was pleasant. When we walked in our room we were dumbfounded at the sight of it. This was no three and a half star room, maybe 2 at the most. The "balcony" is about one foot deep and a few feet wide, definitely no room to walk out on to it. We had to call for a coffee pot and sugar packets but only received the coffee pot. The pool was not in operation, one thing we looked for in our booking. We felt we were had, ripped off, and grossly over charged. One thing for certain is we now know where we won't be staying next time.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 35Great old hotel
Great place. Very convenient location to Pike, space needle, old town area, etc. Somewhat dated furniture. Decent pool. Great italian restaurant down the street and market at the corner; but the hotel's own restaurant was a dud.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 35Needs an update
This is a very convenient hotel and the staff was helpful in every way. The restaurant was convenient and the waitress made you feel like an old friend. The rooms could use an update on furniture and drapes, but the bathroom has been redone so I think it is in progress. I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 35Great Value
This hotel is a great value. The rooms are a good size for the low price. Only negative is that they haven't updated their TVs. It is close to downtown so shopping is easy. The area has nice restaurants as does the hotel itself. Parking is hassle free. I try to stay there every time I'm in Seattle.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 35The parking garage allows in and out privileges --but is expensive
Great hotel, parking is expensive. Just so you know.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 35family stay
this was an excellent hotel to stay with our kids and take in the sights of Seattle. It was conveniently located to the mall that the monorail departed from and within walking distance of pikes place market (aprox. 6 blks) . There was some construction going on outside the hotel but they did not start until 8am. The parking was a little steep (around $21) but we asked the day we checked out if we could keep our car there for the day while we finished site-seeing and they said "sure!" well worth the price and convenience of not having to find another place to park. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We would stay again!!

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 35parking..
We had a wonderful stay at the warwick! The only thing that really bothered us was the fact that we had to pay alot of money to park our car in the hotel parking garage. We feel as if the parking should be much cheaper for its guests. We could have paid less to park in a pay and park area, but feel as if our truck would have not been safe.

Trip Type: Family Review 13 of 35Great room for the money
We were very satisfied with our room and the view of the Space Needle but our kids had rooms on other side and they looked at a wall. Our family enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub which was nice after a day of walking around downtown on a December day.

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 35Great Stay
The Warwick was a perfect hotel for our needs. The rooms were a great size (although a little cold, but we had a corner room). We also like the location as it was within easy walking distance to the sites we wanted to see. We will definitely stay here again if in Seattle and we will recommend it to family and friends.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 35Nice, but loud traffic and talking. . .
We booked four nights with this hotel five months prior to our arrival. We had a loud room on a lower floor (traffic noise, etc). We called the front desk to ask if we could be moved and were told we could for the reamaining three nights. The next morning the front desk denied any of this conversation and were down right "rude" to us about the matter. Also, we were always left three towels instead of the four needed towels in our room and had to ask sometimes more than once for another towel. HOWEVER, the room and dining room was very nice. The staff in the dining room and bar was excellent. The workout room and pool were nice to have on hand after a busy day of sightseeing.
