Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 60Great value
The Warwick in Seattle was a clean, well-kept hotel. The staff were friendly and the rooms were quite nice. It was conveniently located near WEstlake Center and the Pike Street Market area.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 60Great Location
It's not a super-busy neighborhood which is nice, but it's also not a very long walk to Pike Place Market or other shopping areas. We also had a perfect view of the Space Needle from our window. The only irritating thing was not being able to get an early check-in, and having flown in at 9am, waiting until 3:00 was torture, but at least they let us check our bags, and the bartender in the comfy sports bar was really cool about us falling asleep in there ... oops!

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 60Proximity to Everything, comfort-okay
If you want a close hotel to EVERYTHING-this is it, but it comes with no bells or whistles. The staff didn't seem to be too friendly. The parking is an additional $27/night. Would stay again-only for the location though.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 60Needs Improvements
This hotel needs some improvements. I did not like being charged for usage of the internet. I get free internet service in inexpensive hotels! They also charge too much for movies viewed in the room. The bottom sheets were short and did not fit the bed. By morning they were bunched up beneath me. The spreads had tears in them. The room was so noisy from local traffic that you had to be exhausted to sleep. They need to use double pain windows and sliders to deaden the noise and keep a more moderate temperature in the room. Next time I have a conference in Seattle I will look for another option.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 60good hotel
I went for a business trip and my family came along. We have a 2 year old and the hotel was very accommodating for children. The location is close to everything downtown (i.e., walking distance - even with a toddler). The staff was especially friendly - Lucy in particular. The only knock was that the rooms weren't particularly soundproofed to the outside, so you were hearing buses, traffic, etc. However, I will definitely stay there again when in Seattle.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 60OK, but a bit dingy and dated
The Warwick was a decent deal, decent location, decent cleanliness. But it smelled like 30-year-old cigarette smoke in my room and the couch scared me a little bit. Just a bit shabby; not awful.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 60Great value in downtown
This hotel is approx. 4 blocks from Westlake Center Mall and surrounding shopping. A woman's dream! Also it is only about 8 blocks from Pikes Place market. Lots of things to do within walking distance from the hotel. The only thing that was not mentioned on hotel.com was parking. It was $27.00 a night. I had to look up the hotel's website to find that out. So don't forget to include that in your hotel price when budgeting your stay. The room was fairly small but I only wanted it to sleep in it as I was out all day so it wasn't a problem. The pool and workout facilities were very clean and in good condition. I would go again to the Warwick.
