Great place to stay, love it!

I have stayed here twice and I really love this Hotel! It has been tastefully done, is young and hip and really cozy. I love how close it is to some fun night life, and great restaurants. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I hate hotels because alot of times they are cheesy and poorly decorated, but when I am at this hotel it reminds me of being in my own home. I really enjoy my stay every time, and will continue to come back to this place!

Good location great value

We stayed here because it was right downtown and we could walk anywhere. I figured the lack of air conditioning would not be a problem as the forecast was 66 degrees. We were all surprised when the temp hit 79. Our room faced third street and we did get used to the traffic noise, but it was unseasonably warm. The neighborhood is a little iffy at night. We would stay here again for the great convenience and short walk to everything. Staff was great

Great hotel and location

Seems to be an older hotel from the outside, however inside is all new. Very nice room with kitchenette, Clean and modern room was very impressed. And what a great location, this hotel is in the "free" bus zone and using public transportation was very easy. Highly recomend this hotel without hesitation. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. thanks to all the staff at the Belltown!!

Convenient, Clean and Great Service

The Belltown is on a free bus line that takes you downtown, Pioneer Square, Pikes Place, Convention Center - so convenient! No need for a car. Walking distance to the Space Needle / Seattle Center. Great staff who assisted us with an important package being delivered to the room and place to keep luggage while we toured the day and waited for our flight. Clean room - a little small but don't spend much time there anyway - with fridge and microwave. Loved the rooftop - great place to hang out and meet other out-of-towners. Stay at this hotel!

Great room for the money!!

Loved this hotel. Clean and modern room with recent upgrades. This place is located centrally and blocks from Pikes Place and the Seattle Needle. Whats great is that they have a partnership with a local towncar service that will pick you up from SEA TAC to the hotel for $38!!! Killer deal and would stay here again.

Parking is an issue

We liked the hotel: the staff were very friendly, the room was well-cleaned. But the parking was atrocious. We were there just before a holiday, so the desk clerk suggested I drive around to find a street-parking spot, which would be free within the next two hours. It took me 45 minutes and finally, I just paid for lot parking. And apparently the lot parking was only through 7 am, so instead of relaxing in the morning, I had to get up early and move my car! The hotel needs to get parking for their customers (maybe use the empty lot next door to build parking??????)
