Outstanding Hotel - Great Serivce - Comfortable Room

Great Location - Great Service - Comfortable room and very roomy...great value and quality. It may be a little off the beaten path, but it is well worth it.

Needs Improvement

I have been to many sheratons over the years, in different countries..and i expected to feel the unique experience i always have whenever i'm at sheraton. usually sheraton is the number one choice for me. But here we were told we would get wireless in the room for an extra 9 dollars per day. we took it up and we had no service, the receptionist was totally unware as to wat we were trying to explain to her and all she said was the techs would have to come in and it would take close to 2hrs to fix the same. the floors were so dirty and the place near sink was terrible, it was wet and so messed up, i was amwazed if this really was sheraton. but other than these two defects the stay was good.

Outstanding service

Exceeded our expectations by a mile. Friendly courtess staff, went out of their way to be of service, room was clean, elegently furnished, and had all the emenities we wanted. Great Job Sheraton Suites!!

Worth every star

This hotel fit our needs pretty well. We had a fold out bed which seemed a bit weak for my 6'1" son, but after he decided it was better than the floor, I did not hear another complaint. Satellite was iffy in the bedroom but no problems with the living area. Breakfast was a nice selection and complimentary for the package we purchased. The indoor/outdoor pool was a neat touch.

I went for a hike

I have never had to walk so far to get to an elevator from a hotel lobby. It was the worst design plan I have experienced in a hotel.
