Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport

Great location

Because is near to airport and mayor highways and Orlando park themes. Staff memeber are kind, no matter waht room are not comfortable part of the bathroom equipment are in the bedroom instaed of a separate bathroom. both great location.

Bad experience

Its a single story hotel (suites only!) The A/C in the room was a bit noisy. The worst problem was the yard sprinklers. They came on just past midnight...and one of the sprinkler was pointed right at the window of my room and was making the noise all night long. Complained it to the front desk and they said it was going to be fixed but it was not.

Excellent rooms. Only complaint is not enough control over room cooling. It was never cool enough for me, but probably fine for most people..

Excellent hotel for what I paid. I had a problem with the bath and they change me to another room right away and gave me free breakfast coupons for the next morning.

Great room for the money

I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything i needed was within a five minute drive or a nice walk. I will make this my hotel of choice in Orlando for business

Very nice hotel

Excellent value for money!

Good price, room a little worn

I got a great price for my two night stay. Lamp shades tattered, bathroom O.K. but about ready for an update. Too much furniture in the suite, desk, lamp table, sofa, chair, coffee table all butt up to one another.

Very Comfortable

The beds are great, but make sure you get complimentary breakfast when you book. I booked online and it was not included. Also, Hooter's restaurant is within walking distance.

Fantastic Value for the price!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but Sheraton has done a great job with their Suites Hotel. This is close to the airport - and there are a lot of services close by. I stayed here last minute, and they were VERY accommodating - even though I did not book through their site. Excellent bed! Slept like a baby!

My Visit

Hotel is nice and room setup had some good thoughts put into it. I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. Only issue I had was the restaurant hours. However, the hotel does offer ride within two mile radious, which was nice.

Perfect

I enjoyed an exceptional stay recently. Due to the fact that I had just come from a four star hotel where I did not experience such a great stay I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the doors. From the wonderful fresh scent I walked into after entering the building to the smiles and warm greeting that I received as I checked in, my experience was exceptional. My past experience working in operations management in a five star luxury hotel gave me some insight into some key things to look for at any hotel. The Sheraton exceeded those expectations in every area. Housekeeping, the room spotless, well maintained and fresh. The restaurant and gift shop, friendly staff, clean and well stocked. The lobby, clean, fresh and inviting. The staff, from the front desk agents to the sales staff - all friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in answering all of my questions. This was truly an exceptional stay!!
