good value - I travel to HI for business 5 times a year and this is a good place to stay

Lots of things not working.

air was not working, internet was not working, bath tub did not work...

Nice Location

Very polite staff. Great view of the ocean and mountains. Walking distance to restaurants.

great customer service

I really loved the attention and customer service. Hotel is very nice without being "plush". Location is great. Very good value.
