Excellent, as always

Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and the accommodations are perfect. Short walk to Michigan Ave.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. Great location right off Michigan next to Gino's East. We will go again.

my favorite place to stay in chicago

the newly renovated rooms are gorgeous with one of the nicest bathrooms of any hotel. great restaurant and rooftop bar, great service, fantastic location!

broken elevator

There was only one working elevator, which made for very long wait times.

affinia hotel

very pleasantly surprised. I am a usual five star hotel " stayer" but needing to be more frugal for work these days. The phone in my room had issues and without a moment they moved me to an upgraded room. The staff was very nice, the hotel very very nice. The only issue was the elevator to the high floors. Long wait as one seemed out of service.

Perfect Location!

We had a great time at the Affina! It is located in the heart of great shopping, dining, and everything you need is within walking distance. You need to check out the rooftop bar, very cool! The staff was very fun and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Outstanding Hotel

Was in Chicago for conference so did not spend a whole lot of time at the hotel. Room was nicely updated, clean and very comfortable.

Outstanding, Excellent, Best Ever

This is the second time I have stayed in the Affinia. It is one of the very nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and they remembered my name. My companion and I both have raved to others about the Affinia. I will stay here each time I am in Chicago.
