Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 60Needs improvement
The shower would not drain properly and the water was only able to get warm not hot. Otherwise it was a good room. We are non smokers and it was still too smokey in the casino and restaurants.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 603 night stay
The first thing that happened was, at check-in, the hotel was adding a $5 a day 'Resort Fee', plus a $.75 a day newspaper charge. These to the best of my knowledge were not disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel management said that they couldn't do anything about it. And there were no 'comps' offered. This being Las Vegas and all, you would think that they would offer something.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 4 of 60Peaceful neighborhood
I was pleased with the hotel and especially the size of my room. Although it was a hot day, the AC in the hotel was turned on extremely high; therefore, my room and the hotel hallway was cold all the time.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 60great bed, great game
They have nice staffs although they charge $5 more each stay. Dealer from tables are very nice and willing to teach you how to play. I love their bingo game and you have to try it there. 9PM one is the best one. You will learn that BINGO is not only for elder people. Everyone can have a lot of fun by waiting for your chance to win.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 60Great except for the Location
This hotel is a great property and is highly recommended. My room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The hotel is surrounded by golf courses and large condo buildings. A vehicle is an absolute necessity. There are restaurants nearby, but few within walking distance. Only two other casinos are remotely nearby. The hotel does have a good staff and their customer relations are good. If you feel the need to get away from the Strip, this may be your place.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 11 of 60Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The rooms were lovely, clean and large. We ate at some of the restaurants and enjoyed the theater and casino. We had a relaxing and enjoyable three days away from the strip.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 15 of 602nd time visiting this hotel!
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and it's great. Casinos were fantastic, bingo room was awesome, room was huge and clean. Bathroom was really clean and really nice. The staff was friendly, everything was perfect! Only inconvenience is the location is far away from the strip, but for us we counted that as a plus...we did not want to stay on the strip. We go to Vegas every year and we will definitely be returning to Suncoast next year.
