I have stayed at the Suncoast many time before. This time is no different other than booking it with hotels.com, The hotel is nice if you want to stay away from the strip. My over all experience was great as usual.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 52Outstanding Hotel
We were very impressed with the hotel and its size. The rooms at Suncoast are large, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Large flat screen TV in the room. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

If you stay here, you must eat at Salvatore's at least once. The food was amazing. The steak melts in your mouth. The corn and crab chowder is delicious. The other buffets offer a wide selection and are quite tasty, too. Our room was comfortable. The welcome basket was a nice touch. The view of the golf course is pretty. The casino has lower minimum bet tables which is nice for the lower rollers in your family. The pool was incredibly warm (a plus) but not big enough (a minus.)

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 52Check the Drawers!
My boyfriend and I decided to stay here because of the price. We got into the room and it looked so nice! Since we got in late and we were hungry we wanted to order some food... open the phone book and there is a toy wrapping. Not a child's toy wrapper. We could not believe it! I was so disgusted. He looked in the nightstand drawer and found saran wrap... I'll leave it at that. When I called down to the front desk they acted like it wasn't a big deal and wondered if I wanted to have somebody clean the room or get a different room. If it wasn't cleaned right the first time how would it be cleaned right this time. We switched rooms and we had to haul all of our stuff down to the registration and get a room key for the new room. I was not impressed to say the least.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 52Love the Suncoast
I have been going to the Suncoast since it first opened. When I saw the low price online I booked immediately. I was very satisfied with our stay. We received a comp for the breakfast buffet for two people for both days. Also the gift shop has the best prices on liquor in town, just show your club coast card. My only complaint was we originally booked a smoking room. Unless you are a chain smoker don’t do it. We asked to be switched to a non-smoking room, which was not a problem. The room was very nice and clean, and the golf view is awesome. The bed was very comfortable, and they have .50 roulette. Who can complain about that? Overall a great experience.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 52Good place off the strip
Very nice being off the strip. Quieter, less hectic and friendlier. Shuttles to the strip could run more often. Good place to stay with kids.

clean, large rooms, popular with the kids in town for spoorting events, we had a great view and ate at the very tasty buffet every morning.

Trip Type: Romance Review 12 of 52Search No More
Want to vacation or need a place to stay? Work hard for your money and want the best for your dollar? Not looking to stay on the strip with the chaos and traffic? Well search no more this is the place to stay. My wife and I were on a trip for pleasure. We arrived Thursday night and checked out Monday. Check in was efficient. We were asked if we wanted help with our bags and we did use the services of the bell desk as well as Valet. Our room was a non smoking standard room on the 7th floor. We did not have a golf course view room but we had a great view of the skyline and strip casinos. The room was very clean and the in room safe was easy to use. My wife likes a pillow top mattress on the softer side but I like more firm. Ours must have been a happy medium because we both slept great and had no complaints. Friday through Monday we had the breakfast buffet. Food quality and quantity were both good, no complaints. Ate dinner at TGIF one night and Salvatore's on another. Neither disappointed. TGIF is your typical chain. Salvatore's was an upscale restaurant with great food, atmosphere and service without the upscale prices. There were three of us dining and all of us were very satisfied with our dinners which were the lasagna, seafood ravioli and a pasta with Chicken. We had dessert at the ice cream parlor one evening and cake from the bakery on another. Again, neither disappointed. From check in to check out all the staff we encountered were pleasant the hotel and casino were clean and a very good deal for the rates. The wife and I are already looking forward to a return visit so we can try another meal at Salvatore's. We also want to experience the mexican restaurant, SC Prime (The Steak house) and the Sushi Bar. Everything we experienced was priced reasonably to a good deal. I don't think you would be disappointed giving this location a try, unless you want to be ON the strip. Visiting the strip is a short 8 minute drive.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 52Suncoast is Fantastic
My wife and I are regular Vegas visitors and have stayed in almost every hotel on the strip. We elected to stay off the strip once and chose the Suncoast. We were greeted by a cordial receptionist at check in who accomodated our request for a great room. Our room was large, had a great view, was comfy and we loved it. We used all the amenities and did not leave the hotel other than to meet some frieds for dinner one night. The casino is great too!
