La Quinta Inn Miami Airport North

What a waste

I stay at LaQuinta's atleast once a week. This hotel was way below anything I have ever experienced before. I booked a king smoking and got there to find out I had a king non-smoking, and ended up in a double smoking. Then the toilet was stopped up. The neighborhood leaves alot to be desired. I ended up doing drive thru to get dinner. The wifi just plain sucked.

Good Hotel for the price and short stays

This Hotel is located near the airport, what is great fot people traveling for work, and needs to move quite everywhere relativelt fast. Rooms were fine, with a good bed and acomodations. Breakfast is great for the price, but there are too few tables to sit and it's a very small place to have it, I had to take my food to my room. And finally, the housekeeping has a lot to do with their effort. They are not polite with guests, they don't even answer to a "good morning" greeting, and I had my room done (not as clean as it has to be) just by 4pm, each and every day during my stay

there is nothing to hate at this hotel.

Dirty Hotel!!

The sheets and towels were both dirty. The room was muggy and not comfortable at all. When I asked for the sheets and towels to be changed they could not because house keeping had already gone home. Save yourself the hassell and go somewhere else.

Great room and location for the money.

The motel is currently going through upgrades. So you may want to request a room that has been upgraded. When I first got there, they put me into one of the older rooms. I asked for a change and they put me into an upgraded room and it was just fine. I love this motel and it's location. I have stayed here twice this year and both times was as expected.

Uncommon comfort for the money

A big comfy leather recliner beside a reading light? I've had less comfort in a hotel at 3X the price!

Carnival Shower

I named the title of this comment "Carnival Shower" because remember back to the last count fair or carnival you attended. Ever go into the jumping castle with your kids or as one? Well, the shower in my room was like one of those experiences. Apparently air had gotten under the floor of the shower and caused a "bubble" you rocked back and forth while showering which made for one helluva shower.

Great Room for the Money

Newly refurbished hotel. Very clean and good service. My only problem encountered was I could not connect to the wireless internet from my room.
